So, I just got a new house and had no idea what to do next. I am a single Soldier who has no idea how to furnish a house. I would rather be outside doing man-stuff. Accenting, accessorizing, and all that other foo-foo stuff just goes right over my head. I have been very intimidated and uncomfortable trying to buy furniture in the past and trying to decorate my place. When I went to another furniture store, I was followed around the store the whole time by a sales associate who kept trying to sell me stuff. It was terrible so I went unfurnished for another week. A week later, I decided to try Furnish 1-2-3. I would take baby steps by starting with a simple couch. It was very calming walking into Furnish 1-2-3. It wasnt a massive warehouse but a cozy store full of color and style. One of the sales associates, Taylor approached me and told me she would love to help. She gave me the space I needed to look around on my own and decide what was best for me. When I started feeling overwhelmed at all the options, she struck up a conversation with me about my new house and started giving me some ideas. She was genuinely friendly and seemed to really enjoy helping me out. Soon I had a full living room set, a kitchen table, and a beautiful bedroom set. Taylor and Natasha walked me around and even helped me with accenting lamps, decorations, and other stuff to make my house feel like a home. We also discussed painting, projects and other home-improvement ideas. All of ladies who worked there were great and seemed to really enjoy working there and helping the customer. It was exactly what this single Soldier needed to make my house a comfortable place to live. I will definitely be back.

We went to buy a sofa/loveseat set at Furnish 123. After finding a couple we liked we inquired about pricing, delivery etc. One of the sofas, the Darcy, they told us was $399+$379 and the other was essentially the same price. We asked about if they give a military discount and were told no because the business is owned by a former military man. We were confused how this translated to any savings for us but were pretty convinced we were going to get the sofa set. We went to a couple more places and researched prices on the same models. As it turns put, the Darcy which we were going to pay nearly $800 for was on sale at two other local retailers for $599/set. We even checked Furnish 123s website a d saw it was listed at $599. After realizing they not only were not the cheapest place in town, would not negotiate any on price because they were veteran owned and priced "as low as possible" and had the highest delivery fee, we also realized they were trying to cheat us out of $200 dollars. We ended up getting a great, quality made sofa set from Webbs Furniture that we liked way more and payed less for. Also FYI the same man owns Furniture Connection and Ashley. Before you buy from them go to Webbs its local and the selection and prices are way better.

Wish I could give this place zero stars...although my husband and I had a great experience actuallyt ordering from the store...we ordered a matching love seat and sofa chaise. We ordered it at the Clarksville, TN store on January 14th and a store employee said that it would take a week to a week and a half MAX. They said the love seat was in stock, but they had to order the sofa chaise. After a week of sitting on an air mattress in our living room, we called to check on the order status. The employee said that it was currently being loaded on a truck in Missouri and that it would be the end of the week (which would be two weeks total). The end of the week came and my husband called. They said that the snow storm delayed everything and they said it wouldnt come in until February 14th!!!!! It was supposed to take 1 week and now it is going to take a month?! We are still patiently waiting....very unhappy. And they told us we couldnt pick the love seat up, although it is at the warehouse, until the sofa chaise came in. Will never buy anything there again... Update: Called again on 2/4 and they still say February 14th. The snow was cleared two days after the storm...why is it taking an extra 2 weeks?! I am beyond furious.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased a new bedroom suit in February and a few days ago, I noticed a spot on the back of my chest of drawers where the paint had peeled up. I called, because we have a 1yr warranty and they sent a guy, named Will, (or Willie) to look at it. He insisted it was water damage and I know that it is not! This is the first time I ever have been able to buy something brand new and I have babied this bedroom suit. Not even letting my kids in there when I am not. It is a small spot so it isnt noticeable unless you are looking for it, I discovered it when I was moving the chest. Now that want me to pay for the top to be replaced because of the "water damage" is not covered under warranty. I am so upset! I was going to be purchasing a new living room suit from here but I will take my business elsewhere and I will tell everyone not to go here for furniture!

I initially wrote a review about the experience I had here, and it was a positive one. Since I still havent received my furniture Ill have to update my review. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Weve called several times and have only gotten the run around. When they say two weeks for warehouse shipment dont count on that. Still waiting. ****************We had been in a few stores before stopping in this one. The immediate acknowledgment and inquiry into what we were looking for was nice. Theres a nice selection and different styles. We found what we had been looking for, and the price was the best Id encountered after shopping around and looking online. The staff was really pleasant and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. I would recommend for anyone looking to buy decent furniture for a reasonable price.

Been saving up for a while for a new couch and I walked into Furnish123 and found the PERFECT little sectional ... Jennifer was beyond helpful and super sweet... being the person I am I told her I wanted to look at other places before making my decision because I just could not believe I old just find a couch that easy ... so we left and went to another store down the street who had more expensive,lower quality,and lower selection of sectionals... the sales person there was way too pushy ... I left there and all but ran back to furnish123... where Jennifer was still there and helped me again this time I bought that cute little sectional and I couldnt be happier ! So excited about my new couch and very happy with the warm and friendly service I recieved at furnish123

If I could I would give them 5+ stars. I would like to give a HUGE shot out to Adam for making my day with great news. He took customer service to a different level. He called me on updates for my sleeper sofa. He made sure I knew where it was. Destiny was who helped us with the essential purchases. She was amazing and had patience. She was genuine and told me her opinion and advice to give me the best options. If she didnt know, she didnt guess or make up the answer so I would buy something and so did Adam. Glen was one of the managers and he must be doing something right to have such amazing employees.
