Although the quality of the product was exactly what we were looking for, the sales woman was aggressive and insulting. We were prepared to purchase a playset but the sales woman was offended by our consumer related questions and accused us of insinuating that she was sneaky which could not have been further from the truth. A playset is an expensive purchase and we wanted to make sure we were well informed before purchasing. If you are looking for quality customer service I would not suggest Lot of Faith Outdoor Structures.

was their the other day and troy was their and was so rude it was uncalled for was their to spend a couple grand and I believe he will not earn my business anytime soon till he learns that the customer is who pays his bills will give my couple grand business to his competition maybe someone from lot of faith will teach troy that customers pay your bills be nice to us .otherwise very nice stuff.
