Im very upset with this store. I bought a nice bed with all the accessories rounding out to roughly 3,000. Let me first start with the delivery; first they didnt have our bed frame with the bed just the head board and the bed. So we had to wait till they could delivery the frame to set the bed up. We finally get it and they forgot the bolts to put it together. The guy putting it together tried to put bolts and screws that didnt even go with the frame or even fit. I started getting upset at that point cause I just spent 3,000 on this and your going to put crappy bolts and screws in. Not to include it cost me like 75 just for them to set it up and deliver it so I want it done right. Well this guy starts complaining saying how he was suppose to be off work and how he would have to go back to the store to get the bolts. Gilt-triping my husband and I saying how he has to pick up his daughter. So we said he didnt have to do it and to go pick up his kid and he said we had to call his boss and tell him we didnt want it done that day. So I had to call his boss saying how we dont want our bed setup because this guy was gilttripping us. Well it gets better my new headboard had a rip in it probably from the guy who was gilttripping us. I had to call the store again to get a replacement out which took more time. By the way the bolts where for the head board so he put the bottom half "together". The middle bar isnt even screwed in so I had to get my husband to do that as well. So finally I am able to lay in my bed and try it out. It was to small I needed a bigger sized bed I tried to exchange it but they said I couldnt so I am not impressed with this store at all! Now Im stuck with a uncomfortable bed and a horrible experience from Ashley homestore furniture. UPDATE: One day after posting this review I received 2 very apologetic phone calls, one from the delivery department, and one from the retail store. They gave me great customer service and assured me that what happened to me was unacceptable. They not only upgraded my bed but also my bed frame, headboard, performance mattress protector, sheets, with no delivery fee, plus I didnt have to pay for the 30% restocking fee. I only had to pay for the difference between the qween and king size bed. Im still waiting for the bed, bed frame, and headboard. I will update when it arrives. So I have just received my bed and wow what a complete change in sercice!!! Gabe and Mark delivered my bed super nice and kind! They were fast and even played with my dog a little. No complaining just smiles on there faces even when it was pouring rain outside. Im glad I got a second chance to see the difference between the two experiences. I will continue to shop here and recommend others to shop here as well!!!

we ordered our bedroom set and spent over 3,000 for everything. Our sales rep, John was not a very good sales rep. He was bad at keeping us updated, instead we had to call him every time to see when our stuff would be in. We ordered our things on a Friday or Saturday and he told us he had it in and could have it delivered Monday. Monday came and we found out he did not have the right one in so he had to order it and it would be here next Monday. Then we found out the bedroom set came but the headboard or something was broke but they could deliver everything else except the bed which is what we really needed at the time since we had already took our old one down and was sleeping on the couch while 8-9 months pregnant at this time. We told them no we want it all delivered at once. Next Monday came and it still couldnt be delivered...then finally they delivered it that Thursday I believe. We got it and the headboard ended up being broke along with dents in the chest and dresser because of the movers. Never again will I order from this Ashley again. To make matters worse, since we waited so long to get our stuff, our sales rep John said he would waive the delivery charge but never did. We even called a couple times and they said it would get taken off but it never has and Ive already made 2 payments on my furniture. If youre going to lie as a sales rep and a company because we spoke to someone else about it as well then why even offer it. Its crazy what we went through! Oh they got that commission and thats all they were worried about. By the way when they came out the first time to fix the headboard the guy ordered the wrong piece and had to reschedule to come back another day! Shame on yall for not taking care of your customers and keeping to your word. Definitely deserved some sort of discount for the hassle and being lied to. I would have went elsewhere if I knew what I know now. Dont go to this Ashley furniture! Terrible customer service thats for sure!!!!

I must say so far I am disappointed with Ashley Furniture and we havent even gotten our furniture yet. When we bought our table on Sunday, our rep took us to the computer, looked it up, said there were over 200 in stock at the warehouse so it would be here in 3-4 days. After 3 days, I called to check the status because we were trying to make arrangements to borrow a friends truck for pickup. The woman on the phone told me it was being inspected and would be a few more days. I then called back again the following day to see if they could give me an estimated date. I was put on hold for a couple minutes and this rep came back on to tell me it would be in in ANOTHER week or two. Shocked I asked why, and she said it usually takes 3-4 WEEKS! I explained to her that this is NOT what we were told and we were expected to have our table originally by that Friday for an event because I was told it would be in... as she tried to rush off the phone with me, I told her that she needs to talk to my sales rep and whoever else to get their timelines together. So disappointed and disgusted with them right now. When my dining room set finally gets here, it better be perfect.

We decided to purchase living room and bedroom sets here. We paid in full for everything. We were told by the sales rep that everything was in stock except our couches and that wed have to wait for them to get to the homeatore so they can ship all together. They gave us the date which was a month and a half away. (We boight on the 1st of the month it was due to be shipped the 20th of the next month) The week after the 20th I call back to the store. Our couches were in but now our bed frame wasnt. They made a promise that it was in route and would be in, in two days and the lady on the phone said she would call on that day to set up when they came in. Those 2 days went by didnt get a call. I called back. The sales associate whom sold me the set said that if they are not in by the next Wednesday he would ship us everything else so that we could enjoy our furniture. The Thursday after I called and the lady spoke said our stuff was still not there and that she was sorry, its still enroute. To me this is extremely unprofessional. And we still dont have our furniture!
