We purchased numerous pieces of furniture from Ashley a few months ago for our new home. We just recently noticed that our dining room table did not have the leaf to extend the table. We called Ashley Furniture to find out if we could purchase it and they said that it should have been delivered with the table and that the leaf is cut to match the table and cannot be sold separately. They set up for a new table to be delivered within a week of me contacting them. We have been very pleased with the sales process, customer service and the quality of the furniture. The delivery guys were professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because when the delivery drivers came today they only brought in the leaf and tried to get us to keep the same table so they wouldnt have to unload the new table. I told them that the store told us the leafs were cut unique for each table, but they tried anyway to force the leaf to fit. It didnt match up with the holes, nor did the color match exact. We told them we wanted the new table top so it matched accordingly. They gladly swapped. I feel like the shortcut route they tried to do was why we missed the first leaf in the beginning. Still, we couldnt be more happy with our bedroom, living room and dining room furniture.

We just purchased a sofa here, sold as new. Granted, we haggled pricing, and they eventually met our asking price, which was nice. BUT, once the sofa was delivered and my wife was setting it up, she found an old t-shirt stuffed down in the cushions covered in dog hair. Then, the next day, I was searching for the TV remote, and found that the area between the arms and cushions is full of dog hair, and food crumbs. They sold us a used sofa, as though it was new. ***Update....I emailed the provided address and contacted corporate about the issue. They responded but were unwilling to help in any way. Beware of Ashley Furniture Outlet in Lavergne, Tn!!!! Make sure what they sell you is.... 1)New, unless they inform you otherwise, because they ABSOLUTELY are a used furniture dealer, no matter what they tell you. 2)Not a factory second 3)If they tell you its real leather, make them put it in writing that its real, and that if its fake "bonded" leather, that you can return it for a full refund. Bonded leather will peel.

We visited the new Ashley Outlet Store in Hickory Hollow twice. The first time we were looking for a sofa, but could not get our selection within the time frame I needed it. Still our sales consultant was gracious and did not make us feel guilty for not purchasing. The second time we hit a gold mine with our purchase of a Sterns and Foster mattress. Our sales consultant watched as we laid upon different mattresses until we found one that each of us were aligned correctly. It was a breeze having it delivered the next day since it was in stock.

Travis is wonderful!! Came in with no expectations to purchase, just look. Found a couch I liked, but needed to see if I could find a place to store it until my house is finished. Travis was wonderful in giving me a price guaranteed for 24 hours. Bought a bedroom suite for a great price compared to competitors. Very friendly and even willing to share with me if items I am looking for come in at a later date. Will be back and Ive already sent 2 other people your way. Thanks for the great customer service!!

This is a great warehouse for finding exceptional furniture at a reasonable price. The staff is very knowledgeable about payment options and do a great job at helping you walk away with the furniture you want. I would like to see a slightly larger selection (even understanding the purpose of the warehouse), and it was very cold in there. Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. At least stop here first. I will be going back again in the future.

When I chose to pick it up instead of have it delivered to save some money I expected to have to bring my own blankets and plastic and everything to protect the couch. However, they were protected pretty well (a couple spots with plastic open) from what I could see and they also allow three days to look it over once you get it home to see if there are any problems. Obviously you cant check it there without destroying all the protective material. So far so good

The ad what the television ran was not what the store had or more or less they only had one and it was not what I was led to believe, which in business school they taught us that thats bait and switch. Customer service was not great at all,. Was told I could pickup merchandise on Monday and I found out later after being told that I could, the warehouse doesnt open on Monday or Tuesday. Idk I guess I was expecting more, But I guess Im kidding myself!

Got a new mattress and box springs at a good price. Travis was great knowledgeable about the different beds and their construction. This is an update for the mattress and box springs that Travis sold me a few months ago. I was having major back issues every few weeks and this mattress has changed my life. Since buying it my back has progressively been getting better and now its great, no issues at all. THANK YOU TRAVIS!

We went to the La Vergne Ashley Homestore outlet yesterday and had a great experience. We were not hassled the second we walked through the door and were given time to look around the store. Even though the store was busy, Travis took excellent care of us and helped us through the purchasing process. Serita was very friendly during the checkout process as well. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Very patient with my millions of questions. Great price. My couch was delivered set up, and a call was made from delivery driver to main office so I could tell them that everything went well. I came back to Ashley after my first purchase 6 years ago of a table that after 3 moves, still in excellent condition. Oh and I love my couch. Start to finish, perfect.

Love getting stuff from here! So far weve made three separate purchases and we have received a 5 star delivery service each time. The La Vergnes store delivery men have come on time on all three deliveries and they have been nothing but kind, punctual, and straightforward, getting everything put together efficiently and promptly. I would highly recommend the white glove service, definitely worth it!!

Salesperson was great. Found an entire living room set I wanted at a fair price. Or so I thought. Spent an hour or so in the store only to be told by a manager I presume that I had to pay full price because I was using the Ashley Advantage credit card. Not sure what kind of scam this guy is trying to pull but Im not buying. Ill never set foot in this store again.

Love the huge selection they have here! Entire staff is very knowledgeable and amazing! Multiple financing options (including a no credit/bad credit option) to help you out if you dont have the moneu to pay cash/card upfront. The associates really help you find exactly what youre looking for, I love my new living room set!
