Called for an appointment on a Saturday, They got me in 2 days later which was great because it was my first tattoo, Gave me less time to worry about it and chicken out. Jason Ponce was my artist and You couldnt ask for a more personable, professional gentleman who takes his time double and triple checking his work to make sure that its right even involving the customer all the way to ensure that the tattoo is Exactly what you are expecting. We even talked throughtout the process, So it was finished perfectly before I realized it. Would highly recommend Lone Wolf and especially Jason Ponce. Already have plans for my second tattoo. Being the best known shop around Nashville I went here first for my new tattoo. They were rude, had very few pictures (like 20), looked at me like a monkey doing a math problem when I asked a question, and really didnt care about that I had to drive in the biggest rain storm in 300 years (not an exaggeration) to get there. They wanted me to make an appointment to bring in a picture. Not to get the tattoo, just to bring in a picture, get a price and set up the next appointment for the tattoo! Are you freakn kidding me! I went Dreaming Ink in Smyrna and they were awesome! That is $250 Lone Wolf could have gotten that they didnt, just because they didnt care.

Me and a few friends went together to get piercings and even tho the guy said he had done nipples before he pierced both of ours back too far into the areola where the jewelry didnt even fit & we both had to take them out after a week, he didnt ask us if his marks were ok even after I told him my friends were back further then I had ever seen. We also didnt get any aftercare instructions even tho he said we would, I had to go home & research them, we wasted $ and we will never get it done again because of all the pain & now scaring it caused I would never recommend this place for exotic piercings

I got my first tattoo done by Daniel a couple months ago on my 18th birthday. I got it on my upper back and he was so gentle. I was obviously nervous but he made the experience so great. No scabbing or anything! It still looks amazing, dont regret it a single bit! Highly recommend here, especially if you go to Daniel! Forrest pierced my forward helix a few months before and did an amazing job also! They are so friendly at Lone Wolf. Definitely going back when I want another tattoo or piercing.

Went in for a simple a piercing. Waitied 15 minutes. One employe walked up to, looked at me and walked off, not so much as a "hi" or just a minute". Proceeded to walk off where my friend saw him do nothing more than sitting around. I understand if its busy and everyone is working, but there was one customer and we were ignored by the other employees we saw. All they had to say is that they didnt want our money...

I went to Billy Joes for a microdermal piercing. They totally messed it up. Lone Wolf was open on Sundays and I went to them for professional advice before my flight home. They were such nice guys and totally helped me. They removed the bad piercing free of charge and were very professional. Dont fall the the tourist trap of billy joes......it is well worth the cab ride to get it done right!!!!!!!

Wow Ive never had such an embarrassing experience on the PHONE ever, Ive gotten a tattoo here and a piercing, and that horrible little troglodyte needs to stop hating her job and life so much.... She said her name was Carol Im sure she lied.... Ill wait to get my tattoo when I go home to Seattle at slave to the needle..... So I dont have to deal with rude !!!!

6/28/2017 just had a tattoo done by Rik who came very highly recommened and they were spot on. Rik did a peace in memory of my little girl who passed away in 2006 to cancer. I visited Lone Wolf in Franklin to inquire about a cover-up and a custom piece. I was completely ignored. Once I did get to speak to an artist he made me feel like I was bugging him and he had no idea how to price the job. Very unfriendly, over priced and over rated. No way I was letting these guys ink me.

LOVE this place! Went to get a nose piercing done almost a week ago and have had no problems at all whatsoever with it. Ask for Ketzel if your going in for a piercing; she did an amazing job, was a very clean and professional environment. Highly recommend for piercings! :)
