I am not a newbie to being tattooed nor do I have extensive knowledge. I can say I researched the other tattoo shops in Montgomery as well as each artist, looking for that one artist for me. I can tell you I visited each shop and spoke to each artist. I found that the other shops and artists are either rude, stuck up on themselves, act like they are doing you a favor, etc.... I visited Capitol City Tattoo 3 times before committing to my choice. Every single time both guys were extremely knowledgeable, approachable, willing to help and sit and talk about ideas and what will work and what wont. These guys are a class act and down to earth great guys. Neil is the gentleman that tattooed me and I was so impressed I went back 3 weeks later to get more work done. I wont go anywhere else for my tattoo work.

Worst experience ever!!!! The owner or main guy who "runs" the place is very RUDE! I have been to the shop a couple of times with different people and his dismissive and "know it all attitude" is just awful. I quite frankly dont think he knows what the heck he is doing. He pierced my friend nose and it sunk in and got trapped in her nose. She had to get the skin that grew over the piercing cut.

Another awesome tattoo. Adding to my leg of all things Alice in Wonderland. The garden scene was a cover up and I get sooo many compliments on it! I love it!
