I went to the Inkfactor in Prattville on a Friday night when no one was in. My mom took me because im only 16 (17 in a month). The guy told my mom that I would have to be at least 17 even with parent consent. The next day we searched every where through out Prattville and Montgomery, and some places were really sketchy and creepy and I just didnt feel comfortable. And not to mention half the piercers in this area were all out of town. So our last resort was here. We call and they said yes bring her in, and the piercer was in. I was getting my front helix pierced and was nervous as it is, but my piercer that I had was named Bo. He was very humorous in a non-aggravating way. I got it done and felt very calm and relaxed here. I AM IN LOVE WITH IT!!! I dont recommend to my friends any where else. I want to go back and get more, and thats saying something from a girl with a low pain tolerance! Check them out! I am not sure on tattoos just because I dont have one. But I did see a man walking out and his looked terrific! (Bo works in both Prattville and Montgomery, you just have to call first) :))

It was a simple tattoo but it was the worst first tattoo I have ever received. If I said it didnt look right right after and you tell me I have to wait til it heals up. Well it is all the way healed and what I saw 7 months ago is the same way it looks now. All I wanted were 07-07-07 my first 07 was perfect then the last 2 were horrible. But thanks to outlaw they made it look better but it should have been correct in the beginning this is my first damn tattoo man. Hash I told you something was wrong but no I didnt know what I was talking about.

Im here now. I have 3 solid bands on my wrist and just having them darkened. I had to pre-pay and quoted $120 per hour. Bill said it would take LESS than an hour but 45 minutes in telling me I will have to pay more and asked if I brought more $$$. WTH kind of show are they running? Bill was complaining from the second I showed up. He acted disgusted that a new customer even walked in. Moral of the story: I did not pay more, he didnt get a tip, and I will not return, but the work was pretty good.

Awesome. The staff is professional. They helped me with an issue they didnt even cause gave me direction on what I could possibly do to fix it. I didnt realize Id been to them to get my daughters name tatted on me 5 years ago. If Id come to them for this nipple piercing I wouldnt be having trouble now! Thanks Ink Factor you rock!

Had a meaningful tattoo done. Had an issue and had to have it touched up a couple weeks later. The original man was no longer there but the guy who did it was extremely nice and talkative while we were in the room. Answered all my questions and made sure I knew all about aftercare and everything else.

Came in today to support my cousin while she got a piercing and after talking to bill and showing him my dream first tattoo . He is amazing I was nerves and he did everything he could to keep me calm and comfortable . I will be back and will be sending all my friends to him !!

Love, love, love Bo and Bill! I tell everyone to go see them! Never have I had any issues with these 2 guys. Bo is always so helpful when I need anything and Bill always comes through on all of my tats! I have 13 and Bill has done all but 4 of them. Go see them!
