The Gallatin TN Walmart is good. Clerks seem to have better customer service training. The store at Harding and Nolensville Rd. In south Nashville is TERRIBLE !! I once got charged $387.00 for 2 qts. Of oil. 1lb. Of bacon and a dozen eggs. The clerk couldnt even speak english so i could explain what my banks automated systemsaid he just charged me. He just kept saying. I not know. I not know. I spoke to a lady manager who informed me I didnt know what i was talking about. She was very RUDE AND STUPID. I told her i wanted the transaction voided and she informed me she would call the law and have me removed. I had a register receipt with no total or transaction number. I had to go in the next day and speak to the manager on shift. It took a threat of a lawsuit and channel 4 news to investigate to even get her to listen to my bank verifying the

The guys who do the oil changes here are Slooooooooow and extremely lazy. Had only 3 ppl ahead of me on a Sunday morning. Took 2 hours just to pull my car in, then 25 min later my oil change was done. ONLY after I asked for my keys to 86 the oil change they pulled the car in. The time b4 that they undefilled my oil by 2 qts and put on the remarks that I had the wrong dipstick so the reading was inaccurate. I bought a new dipstick at the dealer that was the same as the one I had. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORSE! On another occassion i got there when the oil change dept 1st opened. Waited a hour even tho i was the 1st one there bcuz the lazy bastard was 1hr late to work. Smh How the same bums have a job there is astounding. Says Alot about the mangement here

All he bathrooms in Walmart stores always have an unclean smell a little cleanser with bleach goes a long way in overcoming the smell that permeates the restrooms.. Restrooms in other stores do not have that disgusting oder, also the water in sinks comes out in a very small stream so small in fact its hard to rinse the soap off ones hands. Do I have a right to complain? Yes as I spend enough money there that a clean bathroom with enough water coming out a water spout to rinse soap off should be only expected. This just isnt a problem in the Tennessee stores but Ive shopped in the Walmart stores in Calif, Texas and Idaho and all have the same problem so this is a cross the board.

If I could rate the tire department with negative stars I would...No I dont expect the 20 something yr old girl at the register to have a masters degree in tires or servicing a vehicle, but If the cashier doesnt know her ass from a hole in the ground.... I would definitely find her something to do other than having direct contact with customers or customer service. I spent 30 min explaining to her, how I brought in 1 flat tire, that I wanted to replace with a new tire, But the truck wasnt there. She couldnt understand that the truck was at home with a flat and I took the tire off threw it my wifes trunk and brought it in. Seriously

I have scrolled down through the comments and find whats posted to be typical! Until you work in the retail world you will never understand what goes into running a Walmart, or any similar kind of store! I have worked at the Gallatin Walmart for 30 years. We have had our ups and downs but we have been consistent, most that work at Walmart dont stay very long, I would guess that most retailers have this problem, the Gallatin store does have a number of employees thats been with the company for 20 plus years. Please be understanding when you write these comments!

I got money off my walmart card the cashier hand me 2 one hundred dollar bills. The reason I took money off my card was to pay a guy that help me today .well, to make a long story short i went back to the cashier and asked for change so i cpuld pay my help and was told 5hat they couldnt give me change. I showed my receipt and a manager came and told rhe cashier to give me change . So I asked for four twenties and two tens and the cashier stated that she didnt have two tens at the service desk . Come now?!

This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. I walked out to a flat tire went into tire center. I asked them if they could fill it up. After waiting 30 minutes to speak with someone because they took the time to check out a couple with 2 loaded buggies they told me it would be an hour and fifteen minutes until they could get to me. Granted there was a single car in the bay and nobody in the bay with it. What a waste of time. I hope discount tire puts them out of the tire business. ABSOLUTELY APALLED!

Worst grocery store ever. I encountered a customer with dogs inside the store on the shopping cart (and they were NOT service animals,), when I asked one of the staff she stated it was a pet friendly store. Dont get me wrong I dont have anything against pets or whatsoever, but having a pet around the groceries is like having pets in a restaurant kitchen. Never buying from this store ever again.

I am very dissatisfied with Walmart. The self-checkouts has once again depersonalized the experience of going to a store. When I go in to give them my money that I work for I do not expect to be treated as if I do not even exist. Part of what I pay for when I go to a retail establishment is the customer service which Walmart doesnt seem to think is necessary anymore.

Absolute worst Walmart I have ever been in. Every time I decide to shop there instead of going to Hendersonville which is 10 miles further I regret it tremendously. The selection of food items is poor, never having the items I need. The stores appear to be the same size but are managed quite differently. I get frustrated every time I go there. :-(

At about midnight one night I came in to Walmart on the edge of a break down because I was out of gas in the Walmart parking lot. Loretta let me return this rug i had in my car to get money for gas even though costumer service was closed and I had no recipt. She was very kind and i deeply appriciate everything she has done for me :)

Its there. I bought a $200 pool and nobody came to help me load it up. I tried to return it, but the register kept rejecting the return. I finally had to leave the pool because I was running late. My husband had to pick it up on the way home. Get it together walmart

I am at Walmart in gallatin tn and there may be 4 people working in the whole store. I usually go to Walmart in franklin ky. This is ridiculous. We are waiting in lines like its Black Friday. Never again. This is embarrassing.

I do all my shopping there. Love it, except there is never enough registers open even at the holidays. The pharmacy employees are brainless and slow as hell. There is always a big line to get your meds.
