DONT SHOP THERE IF YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN ITEMS!!!!! Twice I have been there and left extremely angry at the customer service and return policy. The first time I received duplicate items at my baby shower and wanted to exchange them for something else. I was not allowed to return them because each item was over $20 after tax and I didnt have a receipt. So I had to leave the store with the same items I came in with. The second return was because my receipt had expired. I had two throw pillows at $16 each. First, the cashier wasnt going to return them at all because my receipt had expired. When I asked for a manager, the manager decided to return them as if I didnt have a receipt...so I got store credit of $5 for one pillow and nothing for the other.

Target was nice. The Starbucks inside this Target store was very dirty. Every table was dirty, napkins and paper on floors.My friend and I sat there talking and later one of the employees got a broom out and we both were shocked because the broom was pitiful! We kinda laughed and said, " no wonder they dont clean , look at the tools they have to work with "! Please give these kids proper equipment to do their jobs. If management cant see it or care niether will their employees. The drinks were great other than they were running a special on the Cascara Coconut Milk drink and they couldnt make it because they ran out of coconut milk so I had to choose another drink.

I had above and beyond customer service today. Had a complicated return with numbers that didnt match due to a computer glitch somewhere and Curt at the service desk was just unbelievably patient, figured out the problem, and fixed it. Had to come to this store to get service (where I bought the item) as the store in Brentwood couldnt/wouldnt help me. I love this Target!! Thanks for your help.

Just likr any othe chain store. Typically clean and Employees usually dont mind helping you out. For bargaind though, I eould suggest going elsewhere as items here can get quite pricey if youre not finding them on sale. On the other hand, Target brand diapers are a great mix of quality for the price you pay and how many you get as well as the Target brand baby wipes.

My wife and I were shopping for two of our granddaughters 6&8. We had Two Young Ladies helped us in making selection of two coordinated outfits. Their patience and friendly attitude and their knowledge of the dept goods was excellent. Their since off color and style resulted in great gifts.Their initials are A.L &B.E.They shoulb be made fulltime employes.

Their new Target DEBIT card is AMAZING! It links to your current checking account and saves you 5% every time you pay with it! They didnt check my credit or anything! I just gave them a blank check and my license and was signed up in about 2 minutes! I can use it anywhere in the store. Even starbucks!

Only rated one star because zero wasnt an option. Used to really like shopping at Target and Target pharmacy until the CEO and other management members said publicly they didnt need any Christian or conservative customers. No problem; I will gladly grant you your preference.

this target has the worst service ive ever experienced. their team members dont ask if they can help you because they are too busy talking to each other and using foul language. i cannot wait for the hermitage target to open back up!

I went to see if they had a sale on the Samsung Galaxy 7 and the young lady was very professional in the electronics department. I had a new phone in 30 minutes. Very clean and the employees were super nice.

I love it there, but today I called them to ask if they had liquid starch, & when they answered I said "Hello!" And they just hung up on my! That is NOT good for a business. Dont you agree?

I had an order on hold and they took my money off of my gift card and put my item back on the shelf and expected me to pay for it... Again! They also refused one of my returns!
