Have always had good service here. Today my mother and I went shopping and bought two jackets. Then she decided she want three other items after purchasing the jackets. The clerk at the Clinique counter wasnt going to take the dye clip off of one of the items and my mom noticed and she asked her to take it off. Her reply was "our thing is broken." Okay that doesnt give you a reason to send a customer that not only lives out of town but spends a lot of money there on a regular basis home with a dye clip on their items. We live 45 mins away and have to go back now because this hateful clerk didnt take the dye clips off of the two jackets we purchased. So dont go see alexia at the Clinique counter she was very hateful and intentionally didnt take those clips off.

One of the worst visits Ive ever experienced at a belks. In each dept. that I went to inside the store was so unorganized that I got so frustrated trying to shop that I gave up and left the store. The couple items of clothing I did want to try on, I couldnt because the fitting room floors were covered with pins and needles not to mention all the clothes that were left laying around on the floors plus left over coffee cups. It will be a long time before I visit this store again.

A.J. in the mens dept was rude, he watched my family but never asked did we need anything walked away from the register when it was time for us to pay for our items I found him in the fitting room I asked him his name and he asked why? (Really nasty sounding) It took over 30 minutes to get a manager so we could complain to but she didnt seem to care. So Im not shopping there again. I would rather drive 30 minutes to Franklin, TN and shop at that Belk or not!!!

I would rate lower but there is not a choice below this star. I cannot believe your lack of employees on a Friday night and the inefficiency of the ones ( 3..... 2 were just talking to each other). ..... I rarely am able to shop since I am confined to bed. I came to buy several expensive items but other stores carry them. The nice salesperson was alone in the shoe department waiting on several customers at one time!

the customer service seems like theyre in a hurry to get home. most of the time i have to go to the shoe dpt to get clothes checked out. associates are snarky and make rude comments, or are chatting with their friends when theyre supposed to be working. walked up to a register in the misses section only to find out 10 mins later after waiting in line that her register was closed.
