Be aware when the Sales Associate at the register ask you to sign up for the JCPenny rewards....they dont know the difference between rewards versus credit. Even though the General Manager corrected the major error, for the sake of good customer service I should have been offered a gift card or what about the rewards card I was initially signing up for......

The only time I go to JCPenney is to get my hair done. The salon is wonderful and my stylist Benita is the best. She took wonderful care of my natural hair, giving it lots of moisture and hydration and an awesome trim. Will definitely come back and see her again. Worth every single Penney. *pun intended*
