Door greeters hardly ever greet you unless its after 10pm and its the same girl every time who just cant take the hint that she bothers me. After 6pm alot of the isles seem to be half filled with pallets of things needing to be put on the shelf. When I was there yesterday, I used the rest room beside an employee that currently works there. When he was finished he started walking out the door. I asked as he was leaving, "are you not supposed to wash your hands before you go back to work"? He came back in, gave me a dirty look and left. He stocks and that means lots of stuff has had his filthy hands on them.

Its a small town walmart so not a lot, but I can still find things if necessary my only major complaint is that I always seem to run into the same employee that is nice and friendly, But way too friendly. Like I understand you are trying to be helpful, but I dont need to be hovered over nor have you snooping to see what Ive bought so you can strike up a conversation with me. Just a simple greeting will do. Ive gotten lucky on a few trips in and not had to try and sneak past this particular employee. She has the right attitude, but needs to understand boundaries. Seriously. Boundaries woman! Learn them.

Waited forever to be checked out. The person ahead of me had a bottle of wine and the cashier was too young to ring it up, had to call for a supervisor to do it, which took an excruciatingly long time. Youd think the supervisor would see my items on the belt and wait around so my alcohol could be rung up, not a chance. She disappeared. I purchased my other items but left the alcohol behind because I literally could not get anyone to ring it up.

I have the same problem with probably the same greeter. If I say hello and the person dont respond I give them the benefit of doubt. Its like the chick that works at Micky D.s always asking how I am doing. When I am tired I dont want to talk to anybody let alone be BFFwith someone I dont know. I even complained to management at walmart and they looked at me like I was crazy. I know that the chick at walmart senses I dont like her.

This Wal-Mart is by far the most unprofessional store that I have ever been to. Nobody knows anything about anything and get annoyed with you when you ask questions. The management is a joke and there is no accountability for the staffs action. Aside from the personal friends that I have who work there and Matt in automotive, nobody cares about customer service.

Called the store to try and have a sheriff callie cake made and before I could even get the words out of my mouth, Pam with the deli, said " ( big sigh) hold on I gotta get the bakery. ( big sigh followed by slamming the phone down)." The customer service is terrible. I think Ill just keep to the Lebanon store!

Very few friendly employees, supposedly policies change frequently or it depends on who waits on you when you return an item. There is a Ms Scott that works in customer service that is very unprofessional and should not be working with the public!!!

Waited in line for customer service for almost 30 minutes to be told their system was down. An announcement should have been made instead of making customers waste valuable time waiting to be told they couldnt be helped and to come back later.

They are the cheapest in town but they have things other places dont, and better brands to choose from. They dont always have what you need also. Long lines, from the lack of cashiers. But they do offer self check out.

Clean looking store. Typical service, not a single person could help with anything. Cant wait till they all go out of business so smaller areas can get a reputable chain that provides customer service.

I go into Walmart after work like 10 pm and this one person in the front is way too loud,, and she tries to get into my personal life. Its just not very professional in my opinion.

Its Wal-Mart, but when busy they dont have enough cashiers. They do not have near the items the Lebanon nor Lafayette Walmarts have.
