So I order online and my order is suppose to be ready by 8:06 pm. By almost 2 pm the next day still no text saying its ready. So I go up there. Of course no one is at the counter so I wait. The blonde dude with glasses comes out n I tell him what happened. So I give him my order number and he looks it up and says well the problem is your order hasnt reached the store yet so we cant fill it until it does. I said how when I got conformation it did. He said hold on let me check. There goes another 5-10. Comes back out can I have that number again n there he goes. 15 min later comes back and says the manager for the site to store says we dont have those items so your money will be refunded. I said no one could let me know, he said its a whole big process it takes time. So I walk off and go directly to where 2 of the items are and guess what they are there and take pics of them in my cart. I was so mad I left. 10 min after I leave I get a text from walmart your order is ready to pick up. Excuse me? I just went through all that, brought a 1 year old out in this weather and was told you dont have any of the items, waited 30 mins, found 2 of 3 items on my own and now you tell me my order is ready for pickup when the manager said they didnt have the items. No refund my money Im done. This walmart always doing stuff like this.Ridiculous. Could have ordered from amazon n would have been at my doorstep before now. Worst walmart and managers ever.

In the last 2 weeks, I have seen a department manager yell at an employee for not answering the phone while the associate was clearly trying to help me. Ive been humiliated by a CSM because I have a disability & need a scooter to shop most days. That morning in particular I was asking why the doors were not open yet & where all the scooters were. The response I received was I dont know or care, laughed because I tripped & hurt my foot in the parking lot (which Ive had 4 surgeries on), & then was told to walk down to the locked doors & get my own scooter because they were all on that side. I was told I couldnt price match an item without an ad but I had a receipt showing a purchase of that item at another store on the same day. That should have served the same purpose! And tonight really upset me when a certain manager would not even bother to come up & speak to me about my MoneyGram transaction that I needed to get done tonight. I am infuriated over this! I cant say I wont shop here again because I dont have many choices around here. If I did have more choices, I definitely wouldnt shop here if they paid me to do it! This is the sorriest excuse for customer service Ive ever seen in my life!

I give this Wal-Mart 1 of 5 stars for a few select reasons. To start off the bathrooms are filthy and even if I have to go, I try to avoid them. Second of all the customer service is really hit or miss. Ive gotten excellent customer service sometimes, but most of the times its dull. I was in the need of some cheap cologne awhile back, I asked someone on the floor if they would unlock the cologne cabinet for me. They left and I waited, looking on the isle nearby and the lady never came back after like 20 minutes I left. lol Jeez and lets not forget the time Walmart almost blew the engine in my car when they forgot to put the oil cap back on my car. My cars check engine light comes on and I stop, open my hood, and there is oil all in my engine well. DO NOT HAVE YOUR OIL CHANGED AT WALMART. Lesson learned. I made them drive up the road and put more oil in my car as it was empty. The guy that came out assured me that this isnt possibly something that they could have done. All I can do is laugh about it and never use them again. Just warning you guys.

Took 5 managers to all give me the same answer about a stupid pool, then told me they couldnt even hold it so that I could come back and pick it up. Ill be there in 5 days. But thats the last of my business theyll ever get. Thought we were in the south not back home in Wisconsin how rude and in helpful. & I also forgot to add the first manager told me he had to get someone else because he was going to loose it and get to angry to the other co worker right in front of us.

This is by far one of the sweetest Wal Marts I have ever visited. I have to travel to visit my dentist. It is well away from my home and I have had to go to the pharmacy here several times and let me tell you these young ladies have been SWEET! The rest of the staff at the checkout counters were wonderful as well. I am from another part of the state and ours pales in comparison to this store!!! Good on you Shelbyville!!!!

This Walmart is horrible there is never anyone around to help I always have to go around literally searching above and beyond the whole store just for one person and usually when I do get help they have attitude theres very few people that are kind at this store wish they were all nice and professional okay I understand yall have a lot going on but maybe yall should watch the attitudes a bit

The bakery dept. has very rude staff. They obviously dont take their job seriously. I called the Asst. Manager James to file a complaint. He responded to my concerns, however I am waiting for a call back for him to report how it was handled. The next call will be to corporate. If that does not resolve the issue, then I will boycott Walmart deli and am sure others will as well.

I can usually get what I need, but at times the shelves can get disorderly making it difficult to find the corrrect price for each item. Lines are usually long, even self check out. Frequently get approached by someone by the doors asking for something, not a walmart associate.

Dont understand why they have so many check out lanes but only a few open at a time. A lot of times it takes longer to check out than to go in and get the items I need. But they do have self check out lanes they recently installed with is nice when you only have a few items.

Most f..cked up of them all. Late 1 hour 15 minutes because of shipper screw up, made me wait 24 hours. WTF. Last time they held me over 3 hours and I didnt make them wait 24 hours. Management should be in jail for making these stupid rules. I hope they die......

Cant find anyone to help you most of the time.Since they got raid of fabric ,you have to go out of town.Never have what you need,because they never order enough.I myself shop Tullahoma,Tn.People there are more helpful and nice.They have what you need.
