Weve been to this store over 5 times in the past 2 months since buying a new home. Love what the store offers, however majority of the staff Ive encountered has been less than customer friendly. I guess it starts from the top. Assistance from Barbara Mars was less than helpful as well on my last visit. It seems were a bother unless applying for a credit card here. Spent quite a bit here purchasing area rugs and other misc. items. Like I said, some are friendly, as I see in store. But my encounters have not been.

The Home Goods side of the store is not well kept at all, everything is just thrown on the shelves. I have shopped at almost all the Home Goods from Nashville to Indianapolis and this one has to be the most disorganized. The employees that I did come in contact with did not seem to care about anything but the Conversations going on with each other. I am very disappointed in this location.
