I have never given a review before now... this experience warrants one! I am an incredibly easy going consumer, however, the staff from associates to management at this store as a whole are lazy, rude, beyond uncaring or helpful. Shelby at customer service ignored me standing there while she had a conversation with the 3 co-workers next to her for 5 minutes, not one acknowledged my presence or even looked at me. Finally after waiting even longer Shelby asked what I wanted. I was there to exchange 2 pairs of gym shorts, rather simple. She first tried to not process the return and suggested I just take them without proof of the exchange. What if I needed to return these also? I had to pull teeth to get her to circle 2 items on my receipt and write exchange next to it. I could have done that myself. She wouldnt print a new receipt with the correct item numbers on it. No one was willing to check the back for the original items in a different size, a manager walked past and said "you were lucky to find those". Epic fail!

Be careful when you buy your silver at Kmart because it is not silver they say it is.. I spend so much money and buying silver chain for my husband has a gift after 30 days it got really bad and I came to return it and they said they cannot return it after 30 days so why are they saying it is silver when its not I couldve gone to dollar store and buy a cheap one for less but that was not the point so do not buy your gold or silver because its not real and you spend so much money its just like throwing it up to the trash very bad customer service

I ordered Febreeze air fresheners and received a 44DD bra. Called customer service and they refused to refund my money or send me the item that I ordered without going to UPS and sending them this stupid bra back to them that I never ordered. I dont trust these people to have themeselves together enough to correlate my refund with the returned item. Absolustely terrible. Do not order from K-Mart online.

I went in there earlier today to try to find kalvin klein mens socks and mens underwear and the African American lady was rude and snubby and I told her I was going to leave a bad review she didnt like the fact I was white and she was dark skinned please dont take me racist cause Im not that type of person to do that to people.

This Kmart gets 5 stars for being decent as far as US Kmarts go (the UK brand of Kmarts is a luxury store, Google it!), and for letting the two guys have license to host carnival food out of their concession trailer in the parking lot. Sweetened our visit for sure. :) P.S. The Jeremiah reviewer is definitely a racist...

I just went into this store for the first time today and it is a lot bigger than the one in Beech Grove, I think it used to be a Super Kmart long ago, but now its just regular Kmart, grocery section is a lot bigger still even though it no longer has a bakery, or fresh seafood, and meat

There are Never Enough registers open and you can never seem to find any employees if you need help finding something or have any questions. However, you usually find a bunch of employees up at the front chatting with each other. The people there tend to be very rude.

My husband and I went to this Kmart in the hopes that it was better than the one on Thompson....It was. We will definitely be shopping here from now on. The staff was nice and helpful. The store was well stocked and clean.

If you enjoy dealing with rude employees, who are no where to be found, shop here. Better yet go to the service desk and ask them to look up and item for you. The eye rolls and snarky attitude is an added bonus.
