I called this store on Friday April 22, 2016: Good luck #1 getting someone to answer the telephone and #2 if you are so fortunate to get someone who doesnt hang up you may/may not get transferred to yet another ringing phone. I was transferred to the Meat/Seafood section and literally the telephone rang for over 1:34 minutes before I finally gave up!!!! I could have driven to the store only to find the seafood item I wanted not there . . . . just as I had the night before. Like a dumb ass I was thinking that maybe they received a shipment today - Friday for the busy Saturday. Dont waste your time calling this store. It has done nothing but go down a steep hill since it opened. UNRELIABLE, UNPREDICTABLE and not customer service oriented. Yeah, I know "Its Walmart". Guess we shouldnt expect better, or expect nothing; that way no ones disappointed!!!

Not So Average Joe
Got an oil change here. The board behind the cashier clearly states check and fill all fluids. I went into the store knowing fluids were low and decided that they should fill PS and trans fluid if I was paying $65 anyway. Oil change was done, they hand me the keys and tell me they couldnt find the PS fluid dipstick because I had asked about it before giving them the keys. I show them the cover to remove to check it and we check the trans while were at it. Both low. There was back and forth (we dont have that fluid, we dont carry that one anymore, this is a 2011 GMC btw) but the bottom line is Wal-Mart will pull your eng plug, change eng filter, refill, squirt some water in the windshield washer reservoir, charge you $65, and throw you your keys. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Have been a paying customer here since the day it opened, however, will not be going back to this location after today. I went to the store with my mom, and as we were leaving with a cartful of PAID FOR groceries, we were yelled at by the door staff -- they SCREAMED at us to stop and chased us down. The woman grabbed my shoulder and startled me, demanding to see our receipt, which was completely inappropriate because you dont sneak up on people from behind OR touch them. My mother was already out the door and had to turn around, only to show the employee the receipt and have her briefly glance at it and allow us to be on our way. We will be doing our shopping at Target from now on - its worth the extra couple bucks to avoid being mistreated like this again.

I used to like this walmart but lately they have been aweful to the point i started going to the prattville walmart. They never have anything on the shelves and I have complained to management aboput it. i dont feel comfortable going there. I have been hit on 2 time by the same guy carrying an folder asking if i have a man checking me up and down. It gotten to the point of if do go to the millbrook walmart i have to carry a gun. Sorry they lost my business.

I bought a mr coffee coffee pot back in June. It quit making coffee the first week in December. I took it back to the store for a simple swap, however discovered return policy on items like this is 90 days. I cant go without coffee while I wait to send this back to manufacturer. All this would have been good to know at time purchase or explained on the receipt. Disappointed.

Horrible service in the garden service I took my car battery inside when they see me walking in they never stop me to ask me whats wrong but at the time of leave the store they hold me for a long time that old lady says she was gonna charge me for my old battery they dont do their job right this old lady needs to pay attention of what she is doing

Every time I go in this store it takes forever to check out. THEY WILL NOT open registers when the lines are going to be obviously long, like Saturdays ...you might find 3 registers and 1 express lane and the lines are backed up into the merchandise aisles. The manager will stand there and watch and not offer to assist in ANY WAY. its horrible!!

The CSM has horrible customer service. She would rather talk and hang out than do her job and I have seen it on numerous occasions with numerous people including myself. When call to place a complaint you cant get through, so as long as you dont end up needing anything the CSM has to provide or anything from the fish aisle the store is fine.

One of the worst Walmarts Ive ever shoped at. Frequently out of stock, even during non peak hours. There is never anyone around to help of you need. Checking out is a joke. They only have 2 checkout lanes open most of the time. I avoid this location like the plague. Also the prices keep going up, youre better off shopping Publix or Winndixie.

It took well over an hour for a oil change when there were only 2 cars there when I arrived. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for an associate to come get my info when I first arrived and got tired of waiting so I went inside where I waited another 10 to get assistance. Im used to waiting long periods at this location, something needs to change

We are in a Walmart almost daily. They are always out of product. And 3 days ago I went to purchase my wife a new cell phone. They couldnt even help me. I was told they lost the key to the cabinet where the phone was. I called back daily and 4 days later they still say they cant get into cabinet..WOW...NEW MANAGEMENT.

I was very pleased with the pharmacy department because the were the only one that had the medicine I needed in all tri county. The prescription from the time I turned it I would say it was filled and paid for in less than 15 minutes. The pharmacy technician was so sweet and polite. Very pleased

Im in Wal-Mart almost every day shopping and I can almost find everything I need for my home.The Wal-Mart employees are very friendly and very helpfully and plus the store is very clean and very proud to have Wal-Mart in Millbrook!!!

If you want it they git it just get ready to have to walk around a ginormus store. The self checkouts are great cause ut keeps you from having to interact with the Walmart employees which is never a fun experience

Its the closest to my home and most importantly, the staff there are really great. Especially "Johnnie" in the automotive department and Rachael in the pharmacy. They are knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

Bought hair color and it was missing part of it and took it back at 6:45 pm on a Sunday and the employees said customer service is closed!!! WTF WALMART!! I SURE MISS K MART!!
