My husband purchased some tools online about 45 days ago. We accidently got a duplicate so we finally got over to this sears with the unopened package and full receipt. They told us it was past the time and there would be absolutely no refund, even though the receipt from online did not have a return policy on it. The cashier was incredibly rude and so was the manager. This is why sears is a dying store. Horrible customer service and ridiculous policies. We will never go back.

Doors were open when I arrived to Sears this morning approx 5 mins before the "open" time on the door. Came in and was told I needed to leave because they were holding a meeting. I asked if I could just come look at something I needed to buy today. Guy walked up and said leave. So I left and as I walked out he said thanks for closing the door behind you ass. Never been so disrespected before. Very very rude. Will never be back.

Wow. Some short sawed off dude with long hair was loading some appliances in a box truck outside of your store. Dude was incredibly rude. I will never come back to sears or Kmart again. Now I know why you are dying a slow death.

The sears store in Murfreesboro tn is clean and the staff is always helpful the only down fall is my husband spends to much time and money in here every time he walks in lol but over all great shopping experience

I met with a guy in the parking lot who said they had given him two different shoes and when he saw that when he got home he tried to just get the right shoe that matched and they said NO!!
