Excellent small sized walmart food market. Offers a great selection and really great employees that are always willing to help. Sometimes it does become rather crowded (but so do most Walmarts). All in all the store is kept clean and well organized with plenty of staff to cater to the corresponding number of guests. The pharmacy here is outstanding and has amazing management along with pharmacists that truly care about your health (and wallet) and are also always more than happy to answer any questions you may have. One small drawback that does come to mind is that during stocking there can often be so much merchandise in the center of the aisles or on the end that it causes the store to be very hard to navigate.

This past summer my child became overheated and almost became sick while walking into this very Walmart. I thank God that there was a trash can right by the entrance because I through the lid off and was ready for them to spew. An employee ran over with a cool wet towel and placed it on the back of my kiddos neck and stated that this heat was awful. I have frequented this store many times since and every time has been a positive experience. I only regret not catching that employees name. Thank you, Neighborhood Market Walmart #06470!

Sold me a multi pack of yogurt 23 days past expiration. I bought it on the 10th, and the expiration date was the 17th, so I figured I had a week to eat it. I failed to realize it was the 17th of last month. When I returned the product, there was other expired yogurt already behind the counter as mine was not an isolated experience. A few days old means there was one missed opportunity to fix the problem. 23 days old means no-one EVER checks expiration dates. Im just glad my wife caught it before my family ate this stuff. :(

I used to love shopping at this store, because I could stop in after my early morning exercise sessions. However, since it is no longer open 24 hours, its lost its edge in my book. May as well go to Meijer or Kroger now.

Only have to travel a block for shopping. Some items have to be purchased at a supercenter. Hours of operation are being cut back, closed at 11:PM, open at 6:00 AM.

The smaller shopping experience takes the hassle out of going to get what you need. Its a more quiet, effiecient way to shop. No electronics or furniture section.
