Raised in Arkansas, Walmart was always my first choice for one stop shopping. However, over the past years Walmart has steadily declined in every aspect a good store should be. This Brownsburg store has rapidly declined over the past few years, and today was the day they finally lost me forever, and the roughly $6000 annually I spend there. It seems as most of the people that work there are having a bad day, or are just completely lost. Ask them a question, and see for yourself. I dare not buy produce or meat there, as the quality isnt very good, in my opinion. I could go on and on as to why this store is horrible. The main point today is, an item was listed at a specific price. They did not honor that price that was shown. Instead, they went and changed the sign, and told me they could offer this item at that price. Whoa! Wheres your integrity? Honor that price, regardless of how it was marked incorrectly. The difference was $9. The money isnt the issue here. It is principle. $9 difference just cost them $6000 annually. So, Walmart..... When you notice that your numbers are down next year, heres why. Good luck! Im sure you will continue to be a corporate giant raking in money by the truck load, while treating your customers as a number or another dollar, but it wont come from me. Ill be more than happy to give that money to Marsh, Kroger, Aldi, or Meijer. Scott F.

Went to have oil changed and requested the "premium" package, ... Waited 1 hour and checked out at the front registers , also paying for the oil change, oil change charge was 36.61$ I thought great it was less than expected, we go to TLE to pick up out vehicle (2014 Chrysler T&C) and I noticed a "note" that stated "I" denied the oil filter to be changed!!!!! I asked for a explanation and a tech explained they had drained the oil before checking to see if the oil filter was in stock, (it was not) and I was charged for the mistake,..... The offered to refund the money but offered nothing to rectify the mistake and the hour of time we wasted on waiting for a fraudulent oil change, long story short, if I hadnt noticed the charge on the receipt and asked about the "note" I would have been charged a full oil change and not been notified of the mistake!!!! This is not acceptable nor will I ever return to this location for business. I would NOT recommend this location for any service not supervised by the customer themselves!!!!!

Typically a nice store - clean and safe. But tonight, as I was shopping for an upcoming vacation, I started picking out a number of clothing items. There was a worker, an older woman, who was sorting and returning clothes to their racks from the fitting rooms. I crossed paths with her several times while shopping, but we didnt speak except for an "excuse me" or two when bumping into each other. When I went to take my items to the fitting rooms to try them on, I realized that they were closed and went to ask the woman if she could open a room for me. She said no, theyre closed and she didnt have a key. I commented that it wouldnt have been nice if she had mentioned their closure before I had an arms full of clothing that I couldnt try on. I dont expect much service from a Walmart or its employees - I dont think anyone really does - but a little bit of courtesy so people dont waste their time would be nice.

I went to Walmart today to have my tires changed. They have two tire bays and an oil change bay at this location. When I arrived, there was one car in one of the tire bays with one car waiting to go in and one car in the oil bay. All in all, it was a pretty average experience. I arrived at around 3:30pm and left at about 6:05pm. If only having to wait almost three hours to get my tires changed is the only bad part of the experience, it wasnt that bad. Its okay. Pro: No appointment necessary, seemed to have plenty of tires on hand. (Call before you go to check the availability.) Friendly staff. Con: It took almost three hours to get the job done. Make sure you have some time to get the job done.

This store is TERRIBLE at two things: Keeping its shelves stocked, and customer service. Ive had to wander into the "backroom" to find someone to get an item that should have been on the shelves, but wasnt. Ive asked for a price match on the name brand milk when they would out of the same size/type of Great Value milk, and was rudely refused. Im going to begin shopping elsewhere, as this is a long term, ongoing problem with this store. Kroger does a much better job at keeping their shelves stocked. Its no wonder that Walmart stock keeps slipping, and the company is getting such a bad reputation.

I have frequented Walmart stores for as long as I have been able to drive. There were THREE Walmart stores around Lafayette that I and my roommate frequented during college, and several other Walmart stores in the surrounding area that have nice experiences. That is not the case with this Walmart. I have never had a pleasant experience. The shelves are poorly stocked, inventory is not rotated, employees are rude, the store is dirty, and the management is bad. I would say the general manager should be ashamed, but you have to care to feel shame. I shop at Kroger now and will not go here.

11:20 pm. 12 customers in line for the only open register. Counted OVER 15 employees as I was there. Asked the young, seemingly could not care any less, employee that was closing ALL self checkouts, "lot of grumbling customers in the only open line, could you guys open another register ?" His response was, " Oh, were kinda short handed" Wal-Mart... THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I tossed the purchases I was Going to make on the closest thing I could fling it at and WALKED OUT! PATHETIC!

Also, theres like 30 cash registers, yet they only had 4 open&the lines for the self check out were so long!!I will continue to shop@the Wal-Mart in Crawfordsville!!!

Alot of choices, staff could be more professional. I been here and some guy said he was security and keep following me and my child like we were up to something just went in to buy her pull ups. Then another occasion at night the staff was making fun of customers and when we walked by the said something about my wifes cloths and literally made fun of her when brought to managment attention they just blew us off.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Had to haggle with them over getting my tires rotated since I had paid for a lifetime rotation at another store, apparently, they do not keep good records, and they finally capitulated. Unfortunately, when they reinstalled the wheels, they did a crappy job of installling my hub caps, thus while driving, I lost one of my hubcaps. Service was rude to me, would not recommend.
