I literally never write reviews but from my past experience in the service industry i was dealt with in a way that one should never treat a customer. Everything was fine until we got to the self checkout for some reason my friends chip reader wasnt working and I began to look for an attendant to help her. I saw this girl with another customer and she looked to be dressed in street clothes so I assumed that there wasnt an employee nearby. I began to walk and try to find a worker and when I came back I saw the same girl standing by the rack of candy across from the self checkout on her phone. I noticed she had a walkie talkie and so I approached her and asked her if she was an attendant and if she could possibly help us. She replied with "if you need help you could have just asked" in one of the nastiest tones Ive ever heard. When we approached the self checkout my friends were at my friends card work and this girl gave me the dirtiest look Ive ever received from an employee. I have never been this rudely treated and left the store embarrassed and Confused. Both my friends agreed with me that this girl was unprofessional and blatantly rude.

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the new Wal-Mart of Bloomington! Yes, thats right this "Target" has some of the most unhelpful, rude, apathetic, ignorant, and down right incompetent people I have ever encountered in a retail situation. The store hands have no idea what theyre doing, cant help you with anything and damned if theyll offer to help, this place is so bad the management is as trustworthy and skilled as the new hires. So go in attempt to purchase your goods and dont ask any questions because youll be sure to confound them. A simple return of an item turned into an ordeal where my Target card doesnt know which way is up because the clueless girl had no idea what she was doing and rung it up and refunded it all wrong and backwards. This store has been sinking for quite a while now, so pardon me and my stern review, but this place resembles a Wal-Mart more now than it ever did a Target.

This is a fairly large Target with a grocery store inside that is decently organized though the prices and deals vary greatly compared to the huge Kroger, the nearby Marsh, and the local smaller grocery stores. Prices are not always accurate on the shelves but you can use the self scan devices around it just seems lazy to not keep your signage up to date. The staff is almost always polite and helpful though the store has become so large that staff can be a bit confused from time to time. There is a good selection of clothing sizes for men, women, and children. I applaud their degendering of the toy aisles but Id be open to getting prescriptions there if they carried birth control and didnt allow their staff to refuse service based on their personal morality. You can get into it either via their parking lot or from inside the mall proper.

I had the worst experience in a long time. I tried to print out some pictures, but no employee was there to help. I wasn’t sure where the pictures were printing, but I eventually found them and took them from the machine. At that moment, someone came out and scolded me and told me that next time she would destroy my pictures. I could not believe that someone would talk to me like that, even if I had done something wrong. This is just the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am not coming back ever again.

Cashier girl misled me into signing up for a Target card when I was there buying a giftcard. First she told me Id get a further 5% discount on my order, which was a lie because it does not apply to giftcards. Second, I specifically told her to sign me up for a debit card, as I do not want another credit card; yet she hit the credit button and had the guts to tell me its debit when I confronted her. I did not have time to find a manager but I will go back and straighten them out.

Went in to buy my son a bike. The sign showed the one I wanted on sale. When I got help with the bike the employee took down the sale sign because it had expired two days ago. When asked if Target would honor the price that was shown he refused to do so. Unbelievable. The rest of the aisle also had sale signs that had stopped and those were not taken down. This experience will make me think twice about shopping here again in the future.

Bought a tent, took it home to set up and it was completely trashed! Caked in mud, old glowsticks inside of it, poles had obvious wear on them. The customer service was terrible. They told me my only option was to exchange it but of course they had no more in stock and I did not have time to order one and wait for the shipment. It was very disappointing and I will never buy a tent here again.

This target is pitiful, they dont even deserve one star. They have by far the worst people that work their. They cheat people out of money and not only that but they are unfair with their prices. If your looking to spend your money I wouldnt come here and spend it. They dont care for you, they just care about how much money your spending. Pitiful.

I like shopping at target but this is not as well stocked and managed as other target locations I have been too. Many times the eisles have only limited items and selectiob Hard to find staff for help if you need to ask anything. Nit very fond of this location.

I am a foreign student and Target was the first market that I went to. I go there regularly because they have everything I need. They also have a debit/credit car that offers 5% of discount. I just do not like the limited and expensive options of fresh food.

Being the only Target around it is usually busy. There is plenty of parking and the store is usually clean. Offers a wide variety of items, but is somewhat on the small side compared to other Target stores that I have been to.

Still a relatively new Target with direct access to the indoor College Mall shopping center. Includes a Starbucks counter and grocery and produce staples in addition to standard Target fare.

Obviously very hard to find my items. Store is clean though. Lots of items very expensive! BUT was able to get only one of my items at a reasonable price. Thank you Target!!

It might not be the classiest establishment, but in the realm of department stores this Target has class! I enjoy checking the end-caos for recent discounts and price drops!

Its the only Target in the area. The prices are a little higher than normal and the selection is smaller. Kind of to be expected though when it is located inside a mall.

Great store. Lots of choices. Previous reviewer called company extreme right wing. Will spend even more money in their stores now that i know that. Keep up the good work.

A company that has really stayed with the times. They are pros at branding and product selection. They have a great website as well as an iPhone app. Invest in design.
