Publix Bakery, Gallatin, TN. Ordered a cake online, scheduled pickup for the next day and it was ready as promised. Overall, my shopping experience was great: AWESOME customer service from all of the employees I encountered. Thank you! The cake, however, failed to impress myself, nor the party goers. At almost $30.00 for the cake alone I expected a lot more than dry cake, and a filling that was more buttercream than rum pecan. Let me state that again; the filling ordered should have been rum pecan. The piece I had maybe produced 3 tiny slivers of pecan with no other flavor other than the buttercream which I had not ordered. Lol?!! That disappointment, on top of dry cake, and the price point will keep me from ordering again. I would have given Publix Bakery 2 stars for that hell in a box we were served, but the employees made for a pleasant shopping experience.

This grocery store is one of my favorite of all time! All the employees are extremely friendly! The whole store is spotless clean! Their Deli is always freshly stocked with great food and the produce looks amazing at all times!

Great place to shop and 99% of the employees r great, but there is 1 employee in produce who creeps out my wife. Therefore my wife does not shop there alone
