My wife recently visited to pick up a salad that she claims is awesome. She went to pick one out, but they havent set it out yet, so she went to the deli to ask for one as she had done previously. The butcher saw her waiting assisted her by alerting the appropriate associate that she was waiting on a salad. The associate told her she would be right back and never addressed her again. The associate started prepping the lunch buffet before 9am and never addressed my wife again, even as she left. This is very disappointing to hear. I called the grocery manager and notified him of my wifes experience. He apologized for his associates actions and mentioned that he will find out who that associate was and address it with her. This may have been an isolated incident, but this still should not occur and I hope that the grocery manager does address with the associate so that this doesnt occur again.

I shopped Publix for over a year and had never had an issue until recently. I use coupons and Publix has now put a limit on how many coupons you can use. If the item is on sale you can only use 5 and if it isnt on sale you can only use 10 for the item. If the item is buy one get one you can only use one coupon for the 2 items. Even though when the item is scanned it scans for half price instead of full price for one and free for the other. They say it is a corporate policy, but if you will look up the corporate coupon policy there is nothing on it regarding a limit on coupon number usage. I urge everyone to ban Publix and shop at Krogers. Krogers does not limit you on how many items you can purchase or how many coupons you can use. In this economy every penny you can save is needed, especially with the grocery bill.

Very rude! Didnt have anything we asked for. When i made the comment that they must not be for normal people they all including manager laughed at us. We were just passing through and wanted snacks but they dont carry cold gatorade , caffeine free diet coke..no normal single slim jims not single cheese and crackers. 2 kinds of doughnuts glazed and chocolate glaze.Just really not a good place. Like i told them as i was leaving " that is why your parking lot is empty." Was looking for a Kroger couldnt find one. Ill never leave Kroger and Dollar Mkt. ever again.

Im pretty biased when it comes to Publix because its one of my favorite grocery stores and one of my favorite things about Publix is the great selection of fresh baked bread. This is a great location easy to get to the parking lot easy to get in and out of and the people here are always friendly

Great discounts specials. They always demo new recipes. Produce is fresh. Very friendly, yet not annoying! Love this place. And the meat department is fabulous!!!
