I am disgusted every time I shop here. The employees arent trained in sanitation at all. In the deli, they dont change their gloves between touching doors, outer cases, etc and the meat, there is expired (VERY expired!) food on the shelves, they cant bag properly (raw meat, cleaner, tomatoes, and a cardboard box do NOT belong all in one bag!), and now there is a new problem. For at least the past three weeks, there has been some gunk on the freezer doors. No one has offered to clean it, even though there were several employees just standing around talking. It is unsanitary, and there is no excuse for it. Im done. I have seen issues with this store for years now, and I am now done. Calling the health department, since headquarters apparently doesnt care.

Krogers is remodeling the exterior, but there is no problems getting in or out. The staff is always ready with smiles. The store is almost always stocked but in the rare event that a shelf is empty, they have no problem going to check in their stock room. Memorial Blvd Krogers always has several check out lanes available in addition to their self check out lanes. The check out staff is always friendly. They also keep their parking lot well monitored as rogue carts are not a worry.

Kroger has gotten way to large inside. If you want only a few items, odds are they will be all the way across the store from one another. And good luck finding an employee to assist you. When you do find one, he or she will have to look for it themselves, forcing you to walk a marathon. Im returning to WalMart.

You spend 2 hours (no lie) going around in circles and back and forth trying to find stuff! Its like being lost in a maze which if you have anxiety dont shop there until they are finished with their remolding which btw has taken way too long and if it doesnt give you anxiety it will definitely give you a headache!

Prices are increasing with all the new construction. Went from the cheapest gas, to the most expensive in Springfield. Worth the drive to Speedway now for cheaper gas. Ive noticed the food prices increasing as well...I dont think customers should have to pay more for products bc of this upgrade

The deli rep was great, but the manager not so much. I spent 28 minutes on the phone trying to place an order for food for friends who had a death in the family only to be told theres no electronic way to pay for it. When Im 90 minutes away, thats difficult.

Better meats and seafood than you will find elsewhere, nearby. Friendly, helpful staff, and a lot of them have been there for a long time. Be aware of some exterior construction taking place to expand the store, not too big a deal, though.

Walked in with an injured foot and was immediately aided by Zandie(?), who walked to the other side of the store where my item had recently been moved to get it for me. Kroger staff is the bomb every time!

Cant believe that they dont take a Master card for a credit card! Plus I cant find anything in the store any more. I have shipped at Krogers for many years but not sure how much longer that I will.

Frustrating....2nd time I have been in there specifically to use Coinstar, and it has been full.....will just know to use Wal Marts from here on out....and do my shopping there as well!

This Kroger has yet to stock wine. Other than that, and that their pharmacy/minute clinic is very busy, there is nothing really of note regarding this location.
