I went to Fresh Market yesterday to buy lamb chops for a special dinner. I told the butcher the exact ones I wanted. He verified the ones I pointed to and wrapped them up without me seeing the ones he selected. When I got home, they were not at all what I had pointed out. They were much smaller and bonier. I called the store and talked to Barbara. She told me I could come back and she would make things right. She was great! She talked to the butcher and had him recut the chops so they were all similar in size for easier cooking. She said all that mattered was that I remained a Fresh Market customer. Thanks to her great customer service I will. Thanks again Barabara!

I love this place. A large, boutique kind of store. Great atmosphere. Unique selection of foods. Great prepared food. Quick. I go here at least twice a week--mostly for their awesome sushi and coconut water, but occasionally for their salads, sandwiches and nuts. Great people. A quieter place. Parking can be a challenge around lunch hour, but not too much of an issue otherwise. Its not cheap by any means. More costly than any other grocery store in the area, but their quality is MUCH better than the others and just feels more peaceful. Its a good escape in the middle of the day. They care about their customers and always are happy to see you.

I enjoy shopping there when I am in the area..I do not live close so I tried calling to ask if they carried a certain ingredient that they have has before..Instead of the gentleman on the phone going and asking if it was instock, he just told me "uhhhh..I dont think we have it.. naw, we dont " It would have been nice of he would of actually gone and checked instead of sounding confused the entire time

I love the meat products, always delicious, cant say the same for the fruit. I have never purchased veg so cant comment on that. I usually go here for convenience as it is next door to where I work. I love the Tuesday chicken deal and the weekly meal deal. Very friendly but sometimes hard to find someone to assist you. When you do, whoever you find is alway helpful and pleasant.

Overall I have always had good experiences at Fresh Market. Their prices tend to be more expensive but they sell a lot of products you cant find anywhere else (minus maybe Whole Foods). The only thing I really wish is that they would have a better fish selection. Publix has a much greater variety of fish than Fresh Market.

Love our new store! I bought roses on a Wednesday and 8 days later they are STILL beautiful! Chicken and ground chuck at 50% off was a wonderful surprise and all foods purchased have been delicious! All of the staff I ran into were very helpful and friendly. Its a definite place for me to shop now!

I have found the employees very helpful. When I tell them what I have in mind, they find the product or suggest new products that I have never used. The store is clean, convenient, and easy in which to shop. They have my business now and in the future.

For a small market they pack a variety of stuff in the store. Great selection of local candy(my favorite). They carry some unique items that you cant find in other stores. Good meat selections. On the pricey side.

I shopped today at Fresh Market, my favorite store. My checkout lady helped me by putting my groceries in my car for me. I have a problem lifting and se was so kind and would not take a tip.

Good Fresh Market. A little hobbled due to its size. Good people working there friendly and helpful. My wife and I bought a very nice looking and tasting Strawberry Napoleon. Joy!
