I ordered a white cake w/butter cream icing for my sons 13th birthday. I picked the cake up to take to the restaurant. Once we cut the cake which looked nice but the taste is what caught me and my family off guard. It tasted like whipped icing not butter cream. I contacted the bakery the next day and spoke with Kathy who was nice and calm she stated that the previous way (which I loved) was the wrong way and that the cake ordered indeed has butter cream icing. She stated there had been previous calls with the same inquiry regarding the icing and even some employees had assumed the same thing. So what does that tell you when other fellow employees assume what I assumed hmm. Basically, it was very disappointing to had ordered a cake and expecting to taste one way and it turns out to have a "whipped" taste. If you are going to change a process on how you make something alert the patron at time of ordering so they can at least taste it and decide from there whether to buy it or not. I will never order from there again. I will just stick to the wrong way and just quit being cheap and order from a REAL bakery.

My family was overjoyed when this Publix opened years ago. We had previously lived in Florida and missed the great shopping experience that Publix offers. I have seen this store go down in quality in the past few years. Every time I go I see it get a little dirtier and more cluttered. Grocery and customer service clerks fail to acknowledge the customer and do not look very professional (i.e. clean shave, dress pants, shined shoes, etc. - these should be standard for Publix). I will continue to shop at a Publix store for as long as I live in the south east region. I just hope that this store location (the closest to my house) will get its act together and put the companys core values into active practice.

I applied for a job at this location. Went in, asked for an application, came back the next day for an interview. Long story short, theyre full of it. Told me I was hired and that they would call me back later that day. Never got a call back and ended up calling them the next day only for them to tell me to "hold on" because they were still doing interviews. Dont lie to someone and say theyre hired if you have no intentions of hiring them. Youre wasting both mine and your time. If youre looking for a job, dont even waste your time applying at this Publix

Overpriced and no selection! They never have anything I actually need, never have enough in stock, slow as mud, and their self checkout machines are a hassle. I have a better experience at Kroger for half the cost and faster lines. And I cant tell you all how many times Ive come there and there are rotting citrus fruits. How they can think thats okay is ridiculous, I dont understand why their reviews are high.

Interesting: my review disappeared, so I will write another. This location, like a lot of Publix locations, has terrible, rotting produce. Rotten, bad garlic, onions, apples, strawberries, etc. Customer service is good, and the selection is diverse and broad. The produce, though... yuck. Seriously needs some work, because how can you cook anything when a lot of the produce is rotten.

Publix at Nippers Corner. The employees are super friendly and the fruit section used to have the rudest employees but have now brought in a gentleman that is wonderful. When he sees me he knows I love Watermelon and immediately offers to cut one for me. A service they provide for free. The prices I think are a little more expensive but worth ir for their fruit department.

Not up to Florida Publix standards. Service, particularly at the deli/sub station is horrible. Prices are higher than Kroger. This former Florida girl (Publix is the only acceptable Florida grocery store) has officially become a Kroger convert. Though when I visit Florida I head straight to the Publix sub counter for a great quality sub with friendly service.

The staff here act like real people. The Publix phone app makes grocery lists and shopping a breeze. The aisles and bathrooms are always clean. Free coffee and samples when they have cooking demos. They recycle bags and egg cartons. Shopping is a pleasure.

I went there to get a money order and their machine had an issue. They were very sweet and very friendly. Anthony, the manager did everything in his power to fix the issue including making sure I left there with a money order no matter what.

Publix has a well deserved reputation as a place with friendly service. They often have a good selection of ready-made salads and soups as well as rotisserie chicken. The pharmacy is also good.

The store overall was ok. Pharmacy was good. But someone there in the freezer section is not doing their job when what I bought tasted like freezer... Very disappointed for a publix...

Loved the salad section. The meat area didnt have much to pick from on the already made meats. Usually there is a lot. But Ill still come back for there meats.
