Back in January I proposed to the woman of my dreams!!! I want to take a minute and brag on the people who helped me make it possible, and those people are the staff at the local BW James Jewelers of Cleveland, TN!!! When I first walked up to the door of BW James I expected to have the same old experience that I had at all the other small and larger chain jewelers. However this was not the case with BW James! I was greeted at the door with a smile and handshake as I always am whenever I walk in the store. I met with Melissa who was sweet as could be, and immediately took the time to get to know me and my future fiance at the time. She told us that they had just recently opened in town, and that the owner had wanted to open a store in a good Christian atmosphere. To know that BW James was a Christian oriented jewelry store was a definite plus for me. She started to show us what they had in the store and allowed my girlfriend to look and even try on some of the rings which many other jewelers are wary of doing. I was completely blown away by how affordable the rings are! She asked us if we knew the different types of clarity that diamonds had, and we told her that we did not. So she began to educate us on the different clarities. None of the other jewelers that I visited even considered offering a chance to learn about what I was buying unless I specifically asked to know, but like most men I am sure, I had no idea that diamonds had certain clarities and what each level of clarity meant. So anytime I can learn something new about any product I buy I very much appreciate and enjoy it! My girlfriend saw the ring of her dreams, and I could see it in her eyes. Less than a week later I returned to BW James looking a mess, as I work at the local Autozone and get a bit dirty from time to time. Most other jewelry stores would have shunned me, but not BW James. Broderick greeted me at the door with a smile and a handshake. I told him that I knew the exact ring that my girlfriend fell in love with, and that I was buying it to propose to her soon, and if it was possible to put it on layaway until I could get my finances in order. Broderick told me that they would need a certain percentage of the ring as a down payment. I had little more than $50 dollars and some pocket lint on me, and that was nowhere near what I needed to put the ring on layaway. However he could tell how much getting that ring meant to me, and was determined to help me get it anyway he could. He allowed me to put what I had on me towards a down payment until I could get the rest. Then I told them that I would be taking out a loan in order to build credit ,and pay for the ring. They were so patient waiting on me to get the loan from the bank, as it took some time to get the loan. Once everything fell into place I was finally able to purchase the ring! If anybody is out there looking for an affordable good quality ring/jewlery, and oustanding customer service. BW James Jewelers definitely fits the bill!!! They are such kind people, Christian focused, and go above and beyond what any other jewelry store would ever do. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest in good service. I give BW James Jewelers a 20!

I had an amazing experience at the store in Cleveland. Me and my Feyounce started looking at wedding bands about 2 months ago. A salesman named Joseph Sanger met us at the door with a smile, and a firm handshake. He started showing us wedding bands, but it soon became apparent to me that I wanted to get the love of my life a brand new bridal set to surprise her for Christmas/our anniversary. Joseph went above and beyond what a normal salesman is required to do. over the course of the past 2 months Joseph helped me look through books, and what was on display to find the perfect ring. Joseph was very knowledgable, and knew way more then any sale person I have ever met at a jewelry store. Before going into BW James I went to some of the chain stores, zales, kays etc... But no one there really knew anything about the diamonds, about the gold, about the products. Going into BW James was such an amazing experience because Joseph knew so much, he worked with me and helped me pick out a truly one of a kind diamond set. He talked with me about the different diamond suppliers they use, the different cuts and the different carets. He even showed me several examples from different vendors at different price points to help me zero in on the perfect bridal set. Once I find something I knew was perfect for my baby it came time to try to find a way to buy it. I didnt have all the capital upfront to pay for the rings so Joseph worked with me and helped me find a financing option that would not only cover the cost of the rings but would also give me a year and a half to pay it off with no interest. Joseph not only knew so much about the products in the store, he also knew and understood the different ways BW James offers to pay for rings. He worked with the banks to not only get me approved but to get special financing, that alone was far more then what any salesman is called to do. Joseph made my experience at BW James something I will never forget, I will defiantly be going back in soon to start looking at watches, and I can not wait to work with Joseph again to find a perfect watch. Thank you BW James and Joseph for helping me get the perfect wedding bands to make Ariana and mys special day truly special.

The folks from B.W. James went above and beyond to help me get an engagement ring for my fiancé. I called a couple of days before coming into the store, and they were already sending me pictures and videos of options that fit my budget before I ever stepped foot in the shop. They never once tried to convince me to spend more than I had initially stated I was willing to spend. They even opened the store early for me, and had breakfast waiting! Furthermore, I told them I was shopping a few different places, which they understood, and they were actually very helpful in comparing quality and prices. I felt like after all was said and done, I knew a great deal more about diamonds, and I was positive I made the right choice (especially considering the lifetime warranty!). They had the diamond set that day, and I had the ring in my possession by the end of the business day. I cannot say enough about how great they were to work with, and theyve continued to be great in the follow-up since purchasing the ring. They even posted about our engagement on their Facebook and Instagram pages! If you are in the Cleveland/Chattanooga/Knoxville area, you absolutely must check them out. Im from Nashville, and it was worth the drive!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. Broderick has such patience. The customer service I receive there is always extremely friendly and helpful. You will be shown whatever you want to see. Broderick even worked miracles to help get my engagement ring fixed. When we realized the rhodium wouldnt adhere to my band he gave me some other options that I had requested including getting a new setting, or a new band, or even fixing a former setting that I had. Ive been in the store so much in the past few months getting my rings fixed that he doesnt even ask me to spell my name anymore and I have a very weird and long last name! :) Im always treated respectfully and given several different options. I have used the generous layaway program and even made a purchase of something brand new. Im a pleased customer and truly appreciate his patience and kindness to someone who is hard to please. Thank you!!!
