From my dealings with Platinum & Gold Jewelry, they actually have real people who want to help you out in every way possible. Where as the jewelry chain stores such as (Kays) in my experience, feel like youre speaking to a robot who cant think for them selves (just my experience). Charles Settle is the owner at Platinum & Gold Jewelry, he will go above and beyond whatever you need to have done. Whether its a simple repair for your grandmothers pearl ring or a major purchase, when buying that special someone a beautiful diamond ring. Charles will make sure you get the perfect stone and setting, no matter what circumstances you have going on in your life at that time!! I can tell just from the few times Ive been there that Mr. Settle likes what he does, as far as being a jeweler and hes always aiming to please the next person who walks through his door. He takes pride in being a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) graduate and appraiser as well. If I had to choose any jewelry store in Middle Tennessee to buy from or sell your few pieces of broken or unwanted gold or silver to, it would with out a doubt be Platinum & Gold Jewelry!!

I gave it 5 stars because I cant give it 6. They are seriously the best jewelry store you can work with. After doing business twice with them, I am extremely happy. I went to 3 other big name jewelers in the area and their prices did not even come close. I had an engagement ring custom made from a photo on pintrest my fiancee picked. Instead go paying $1500 for a band that she was not happy with, Platinum and gold made the one she wanted from scratch for less then a third the cost!!! I was so happy, with them I did the same with the wedding band almost a year later and again, custom ring for less then half the other guys. The service was great. They went above and beyond. We get married in 3 weeks and she could not be happier with the rings we got. They defiantly over delivered on their promise. Fellas, do your self a favor and let them hook you up.

Charles is a real customer oriented owner and manager who REALLY cares for you. He is personable, friendly and not pushy at all. When helping out someone who needed a real blessing he was quick to do his part in making the deal affordable and timely. We are glad we found him and his store. I found Platinum & Gold Jewelers through a friend of the family and Im definitely happy I did. I needed something for my wife for her anniversary, as close to the last minute as possible, to make something custom for her. So, it turns out Charles made sure to have it done by the time I needed it! When I got the call to come pick it up, I was super impressed to say the least!! All the stones were lined up and matched perfectly. Considering how it all started, I dont know how he pulled it off in the amount of time he had, but my wife was ecstatic, which says it all!!

He walked me through the process and helped me decide which diamond I wanted . I had been to other jewelry stores before coming to this one.......Platinum and Gold Jewelers were able to keep me within my budget AND give me everything I wanted in a ring for my girlfriend. I had a very good experience to this store. The who works or the owner was so very friendly and honest. They fixed my 14k gold watch and Im happy for the service I received from them. They had excellent customers service and very trust people. And then I ask them to put battery on my watch and he did not even let me pay for battery watch. The staff at Platinum and Gold Jewelers were amazing. The customer service is top notch and you are treated like human being, not a just a customer. I had the pleasure of dealing with Charles, the owner. He was honest, friendly, and professional. If you are buying, his prices are very competitive (if not better) than the other local jewelers in Murfreesboro. If you are selling he will offer you a fair price, and will honestly tell you if you can get more selling somewhere else. I will be going back in the future.

Charles (Chaz) is an amazing jeweler! He custom designed a second engagement ring for me in tanzanite and sapphires and diamonds. He made it so unique and one of a kind. What I love most about this jeweler is his integrity and passion for jewelry making. He is honest and I trust him with all my jewelry needs. we love love love charles at platinum and gold. we met them at a bridal show when we were looking for my engagement ring. they have by far the best prices around. and the quality of their product is unbeatable. my fiance ended up having my engagement ring custom made and they made it look way better than the original ring. i cant say enough nice things about this place! we will never shop for jewelry anywhere else.
