Bell Jewelers is an amazing establishment that I have been apart since I registered there many years ago for my Bridal registry. I have shopped there on many occasions and will continue. Not only do they take care of their customers, but they are so kind, compassionate and accommodating to their employees! My mother was given the opportunity to work there to help an associate who needed to take some time off. She absolutely loved being at the store, with the customers and the the entire Bell family. When her health prevented her from going into to work, they were not only greatly concerned for her, but never made her feel bad for not being able to work. They are all so sweet and looked out for each other. The time my mother spent working at Bells was not only wonderful for her but a place I know she was happy to be at and loved every minute she was there!! Thank you for all of your kindness and love!

Went there to get a mens band. While my fiancée was looking at bands the sales woman was very nice. We even talked about a custom wedding band for me. Everything was great, until I went to check out we overheard some of the guys telling customers they were just robbed last week???? It was very uncomfortable to say the least, and my fiancée and I just wanted out of there ASAP!!! The ring was ordered and here very quickly which was awesome. They left me a message that it was ready to be picked up. When I went to get it a different lady greeted me with a big smile, and asked how she could help me. When I told her I was picking up her face completely changed. She was probably not happy she wasnt getting commission off me or something I dont know how it works.

I have used Bell Jewelers for 18 years and have never been disappointed. I bought my fiancés engagement ring as a poor college kid in 2000 after I was treated like I was the most important person in the store. My wife now has a beautiful collection of rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc that have all come from Bell. I have travelled Europe, South American and the Middle East and never found better prices than right at Bell. I have had several custom pieces created from the Master Jewelry designer Bob from their precious stone showings as well as the annual Estate and Antique showings. We are blessed to have such an amazing group of professional and knowledgeable people in the jewelry business right here in our town.

Battery replacement for two Swiss Army watches. One was a new, still-in-the-box Victorinox. I took it to them because I didnt want to risk scratching it myself. So, of course, what do they do? Scratch the back plate. When I complained, they tried to buff it out but did such a hamhanded job that they ruined it. I insisted that they replace the backplate, which they initially agreed to, but then later they simply did a better job of buffing it. They wouldnt do any more. Close examination still reveals the scratch marks. They told me they wouldnt charge me for the battery replacements, but when I checked my credit card statement, they had. Fortunately it was not an expensive watch, but still, very annoying.

Bell Jewelers was the only store in Murfreesboro that made me feel welcome and not judged by my dress or heritage. My fiance felt the same way having worn his overalls both times he went. Several different associates asked us if we needed help while we were waiting on Barbara. It was a great experience, she was attentive, patient, and helped me find the most perfect engagement ring. My ring is unique has the vintage style I was looking for and the diamonds, just beautiful. The ring had to re-sized and was ready that evening having been done on site, no worry about it getting lost. Bell Jewelers is my Jeweler for Life.

My husband and I went to Bell to find our rings. He went one day by himself and was given no rush, personal attention. We then went back together and spent another hour trying on rings and looking at stones. In the end, I picked the exact ring and stone my then fiancé had chosen. I have a beautiful stone and unique setting. I never fail to get compliments on my ring still, 2 years later. We chose a similar styled ring for him that is very different. He also receives compliments on his. Thanks for excellent service and superior quality jewelry. I love my rings as much today as the day we picked them out.

I took a necklace in today to have a broken clasp replaced (I also had a new clasp) ......All I needed was to remove the broken one and replace it with the new one I had. Just had to re-solder the new one ....I had priced the repair with several other jewelers in town and they quoted me from $15 - $32 for the repair which I thought was a little much...Bell told me that they couldnt give me a price til I brought it in and let the Jeweler look at it......so I reluctanty carried it in and he did it for FREE.....SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great experience with Bell Jewelers. Found a mens bracelet I wanted at their website and emailed them to order. Although item was no longer in stock, they were able to order an additional one and sent it out promptly. The entire transaction was handled professionally, promptly and accurately. I will continue to browse their website periodically, (though I do wish their Rolex watches had prices listed) and would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Bell Jewelers is one of the best businesses I have dealt with. I have worked with them for years and have always been pleased. They have a great knowledge of new and estate pieces. Watches, rings, necklaces, silver, and anything you can think of. One of the few family owned stores in Tennessee. There are few jewelers in the country that I work trust and Bell is one of the top three.

This is the best jeweler I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They will go out of the way to find what you need and get it when you need it. And you will not find a better value both in price and in quality. I certainly recommend them for new jewelry purchases and jewelry or watch repair work. Love them! My husband bought our wedding and engagement rings there. And i thought it would be neat to have the date we got married and our names engraved. So, I called them back to see how much it would cost. Since we bout our rings there they will do it for free! Talk about great customer service!!!!!!

After Jared tried to rip me off and charge me over $500 for rhodium finish and loose stones, this place said there was in fact no loose stones and got me out the door for $60 and a heads up that Jared is full of a bunch of unethical crooks. Ring looks great too! Thanks Yall!
