If youre looking for customer service and quality in jewelry, you need to visit Nelson Jewelers. I brought in a set of diamond earrings that I never wore because I didnt like the setting anymore. I wanted to have the diamonds reset into a different mounting. I had a very specific idea in mind AND a very specific deadline. They told me the three-week deadline could be met with no problem. Within a couple of days, I got a call to come look at the first drawing. The drawing was spot on but I decided to I wanted the earrings to be a little smaller. A second drawing was done. Perfect. Within a few days, I saw the first wax cast. Oh no...now I could tell the earrings were going to be too small. So I asked them if they could make a wax cast of the first drawing--the larger earrings. Not a problem. A couple of days later I saw the second wax cast. Good to go! They sent this cast off to have the earrings made. Nelson Jewelers still had to complete the process in-house. In just a little over two weeks (17 days), I had a beautiful set of new earrings made and new friends at Nelson Jewelers! I am a very happy, repeat customer.

My husband and I were shopping for a right hand right for my birthday and were thrilled with Nelson Jewelers. We visited the store on a Saturday and after looking through the wonderful selection still wanted something slightly different than what was offered in the cases. Jeff and team helped us select a custom setting and stones all within budget and surprised us by letting us know the center stone could be ordered within a couple of days. Sure enough, the stone arrived as promised and the team set the custom setting just in time for my actual birthday the following Thursday! I could not have been happier with the ring, customer, service, or Nelsons willingness to help us craft the exact ring we were looking for. Would recommend their services to anyone!

Jeff, Phils son, and his wife Ginger have continued to deliver on those high standards. I depend on them for all of my needs, whether it be to fix a new watch, rebuild an antique watch, purchase a piece of jewelry out of the case, or most recently have them custom design a bracelet and earrings to match a pendant my wife loves. When I first arrived in Indianapolis, not knowing any better, I went to various jewelers in Indianapolis, and I came to realize that there is no comparison for the kind of personalized treatment that Nelsons provides!

I went to Nelsons to get my wifes wedding and engagement rings fixed. I had upgraded them years ago but she never liked the alterations. She wanted her original set "unchanged". I took them to Nelsons on Tuesday Dec 22nd never expecting to have them back for Christmas. Ginger called me on Wednesday and told me they were ready to be picked up. The Jeweler thought my wife needed her rings on Christmas and he had completed them in less than a day! I could not be more pleased with the product or the service and her rings look beautiful. I think they sparkle more today than they did the day I gave them to her. I just became a life long customer.

Not only do they have a great selection of quality jewelry for both men and women, but they are also knowledgeable and helpful, and always make you feel that you are their most important customer. Nelsons just created a magnificent ring that has left me truly speechless. I brought my wedding ring in to this store to be sized. I was greeted by an older lady who was very rude and snotty. They did a good job sizing my ring BUT they charged me 100$. This is expensive for re-sizing one white gold ring. I have since had to have it re-sized again (lost weight) and went to a nice jewelry store in Zionsville (where things are known to be pricy) and they only charged me 25$. So if you want to be treated like crap and overpay, choose Nelson Jewelers. I will not, ever again.

I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band for my fiancé from Nelson Jewelers. They helped me pick out a beautiful piece which she loved, and at a great price. Since then, we have been back in a couple of times to price wedding bands for me. Each time we go in, we are treated very well. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson strive to make each customer feel important. Time and time again I have been impressed with the folks at Nelsons. I have purchased jewelry for my wife and daughters here and have received very good care and attention. They even helped me with a custom piece for my wife. Prices are great and serviced is wonderful. It doesnt matter if you are having a battery replaced in your watch or spending a small fortune on some diamonds. make Nelson your first stop!!!
