When I entered the store the woman behind the counter did not greet me with words or a smile. I am experienced at selling gold and when I asked the woman a few questions, ie. what is the price of gold today? how many grams did my items weigh?, she did not know the answer to any of my questions. When she weighed my items, she told me the penny weight, and was not able to convert it into grams. Needless to say the amount that she quoted me was $200 less that what other stores offered, one of them was even another Gold Rush store. She obviously did not know what she was doing. The owner of the store should not let her deal with the public nor price gold until she has more extensive training in quoting gold and also an extensive training course on good customer service. DO NOT GO INTO THIS GOLD RUSH STORE ON MEMORIAL IN MURFREESBORO, THEY WILL LOW BALL YOU AND RIP YOU OFF!!

Went there on one day because I was curious knowing gold is over 1K per oz. I was offered $300 for 1 oz 18k gold by a young lady. Went back the next day and was offered $150 by an arrogant man behind the counter. When I asked why the difference, he said she made a mistake. My answer is that there is a standard price for buying gold at a certain weight given that carat quality or there isnt. I understand that low balling is a practice for business. None of us are stupid. But to claim best price paid for gold and then low ball seems to be false advertising. I kept the gold and know now that you are better off having a reputable jewler melt it down and make something you want!

I went here two times the first time I sold gold and I believe I got a fair price for the gold because I went to two other places before I cam here. But When I came back to sell my wife diamond earrings they only offer me $300 on diamonds that my insurance company value at $4500 by two appraisals. The women claim that the jewelry store always over sell there stuff know I know this place rip you off big time because insurance company do not insure something for $4300 if it only valued for $300 also these where two 1/2 correct Laurel Diamonds. I would not trust this place with anything keep your Eyes open for every trick

I went to 5 other stores that bought gold and silver before I visited The Gold Rush Store in Murfreesboro. I didnt really need the money but seeing how high gold prices were I thought I would check it out. I was offered 2 times as much as the highest offer at the previous store I visited. I took the cash and gas and now have a good chunk in my savings account. THANK YOU GOLD RUSH!!!!

I went 3 other places before going to The Gold Rush. I wish I went to the Gold Rush first. Not only was I offered more, but having my kids with me I felt safe and their store was very nice and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, overall excellent experiance!!!

I wasted my time driving all over town! I should of just went to the Gold Rush first they paid me $5200.00 for my gold and silver other stores offered me half that and less!!!! I will be back! Great service Great People!!!!! Awesome store!

Wow! These guys pay way more than anyone I went to 4 places and wasted my day driving around the gold store paid me 2xs what other people offered and they were 20xs nicer!!!!!

I went to this store to sell some old gold necklaces. He offered me 300 dollars less than 2 other stores I went too. The guy behind the counter was also extremely arrogant.

The Gold Rush Store offered me $545. The offer was $155 dollars more than the pawn shop I went to. Thank you Gold Rush now I have Shopping money!!!
