Terrible service. The lady that helped me was great, and Im not writing this review based on her. However, I ordered a simple wedding band. I guess thats called a "special order." I wouldnt know because it was my first time buying jewelry. I was told it was going to be in by the 25th of Feb. It didnt come in. I was okay because I know sometimes things happen. I called back about a week later. The man who answered seemed rude and like I was inconveniencing him. He still couldnt tell me where my ring was and he also didnt call anyone to try and find out where it was. Another week later I called, same thing happened. It was the same man who answered the other times before. He had the same attitude every time. Then I called for the last time and he finally got in contact with the lady I was working with and she called and found out the distributor said it got lost. They then told me it would be another two weeks. My question is why he couldnt call them the first time I asked where it was when it was late. Why did it take an entire month? I finally got the ring, but then another thing happened. I had my sister in law pick up the ring because I put her name on the order as well as mine. The man was rude and acted again like she was inconveniencing him. I wasnt going to say or write anything about my experience but once she told me how she was treated receiving the ring I was over it. You see, I have never written a negative review about any business even if I was a little bit unhappy because life goes on, but this was over the top. My husband and I still have to purchase my wedding band, but I will never buy from Kay Jewelers again. I will also inform my family and friends about my experience if the opportunity for that type of conversation opens. I dont write this to discourage or put down the business but the costumer is never an inconvenience to the company. If anything the company is an inconvenience to the costumer. That is why you are in business. To serve. By serving you get clientele. I hope this helps you as a company so you can grow in the future. You being in business so long should already know this and I shouldnt have to make this type of review. Thank you. I shopped at the Kay Jewelers in the Greenwood Park Mall in Greenwood, IN.

Took my ring to get fitted. Called two weeks later to see if it was done. She said well we tried calling on the 25th of October but it rang busy. Excuse me? This is a cellphone. It never rings busy. And for two, you guys never thought to call again! Thats been 8 days since they said they "called me". I wont be returning to this location.

I just returned my engament ring. I had to have the stone replaced, then it fell out again not even a month later. My boyfriends ring was ordered wrong so it took two months just to get his simple band. The workers were super nice and understandung, but the quality is terrible.
