I lost my ring at work. Ashamed was the least of it. First ring i bought took 2 weeks. Expected the same despite being told 30 days to arrive at latest. Its now been 60 days since i paid for my ring and it still hasnt arrived. Ive since heard many similar horror stories. If you decide to use them anyway, Good luck!

Very unhappy with our experience. We went in as soon as they opened with only two people in front of us and when we left there were over 10 people and they were helping several people that walked in after us. We waited for 30 minutes and nothing. We will not go back.
