I went in to the with a pair of diamond earrings to American Jewelry in Mt. Juliet and spoke with Ryan Wolfenberger general manger regarding changing the earring posts to threaded post and backs.He gave me a price of 100.00 to do the work. And then said these are not real diamonds, did you know that? In fact he wrote it down on the back of his card as Moissanite.I said no I didnt know that. Then he ask other staff to come look at the earrings. And they confirmed as well that they were Moissanite. I was in shock to hear this out of the there mouth. So I decided the next day to go to other Jewelers to confirm what American jewelry told me. To make a long story short I showed my earrings to 3 jewelers and 1 GIA Graduate Gemologist. All four told me that my earrings are Diamond. The Jewelers and the Gemologist said that not only were diamonds but they were very very high quality Diamonds. I have an appraisal from one of the jewelers and the GIA Graduate Gemologist Appraiser which confirms this. I would not recommend you taking your jewelry to American Jewelry because I was mislead by Ryan and his staff for what ever reason.

Though we havent purchased an engagement ring from American Jewelry Co. YET, we are blown away with how great they are. We had visited the Smyrna store twice looking for a particular ring and, though they did not have it in store, we loved that the ladies there were not pushy and actually seemed to care about getting us the ring we wanted. I went home and emailed the Mt. Juliet store to see if they had the ring I was looking for, they didnt, but Ryan was quick to contact his Tacori rep and had the ring shipped in just so I can see it and try it on in person - no strings attached!! Needless to say, its THE ring and he spent a lot of time with us discussing the ring and different diamond options. Everyone we have come in contact with at American Jewelry Co. has been very personable and made us feel comfortable. We had been on a manhunt all over Middle TN for this ring. The larger Tacori retailers around Nashville made the ring shopping experience terrible for us, so even if they had had the ring - we already decided we would order it from American Jewelry Co. anyways! They definitely won us over!

I have been a customer of American Jewelers for several years. When I go in, I am always greeted and asked what Im looking for. If I say Im just looking, Im offered to look around and let them know if I have any questions, or would like to see anything up close. If I say what Im looking for, Im shown where the items are and asked if there is anything specific. They are always extremely helpful. They will wrap the gift if needed. Someone commented that they had rather go to Zales because of the higher prices at American Jewelers, Yes, the prices may be a bit more expensive than Zales, however, the quality of the jewelry is much better than what you would get at Zales. You get what you pay for! As for the comments about the rudeness of the staff, I have never had this problem. They have always treated me with respect and kindness regardless of what I have been in shopping for or just browsing.

As a customer of American Jewelry I find it a pleasure everytime I go in! I am greeted and asked if I need any help. I have bought many things from them and they always clean and check my jewelry everytime I go in. I also appreciate their support of the Mt. Juliet Animal Shelter! They continuously have a collection jar for donations for the shelter. They have even let the shelter come and do an adoption event at their store. It is a pleasure doing business at their store and I thank them as a MJAS volunteer for their support of the shelter!

Best experience weve ever had. Excellent customer service. When me and my girlfriend went to get rings she found one she loved that was a bit out of our price range but they gave us a discount! Very unexpected but a welcome surprise. Fast forward a couple months. The garnet on the ring had fallen off while my girlfriend was asleep. They remember us and offer to have the garnet refitted at no cost. Best customer service ever, hands down. Well be sticking to this jewelry store for as long as we are still living in the Nashville area.

American Jewelry has been my familys jeweler for years now. My parents got a great deal on their wedding rings twenty five years ago. My parents have purchased a variety of products such as necklaces, rings, and watches. I recently bought my engagement ring and band from them and it is beautiful. Their employees at the Mount Juliet location are awesome. Their employees are also not paid off of commission so they really do work with you. This is the only place I will buy my jewelry from
