I cannot say enough about Morris Jewelry. I purchased my wifes wedding band and engagement ring set from Jim and his staff. I picked out a custom set and had the stones I wanted placed in them. I also returned to order my band from there as well. Morris is where I got down on one knee and proposed to my wife Brianna. You want customer service? Due to Morris being such a huge part of our love story we asked Jim if we could actually have a small private wedding ceremony in the store. Morris went out of their way to accommodate us including closing early (during the holiday season) and decorating for us. My wifes rings have always been meticulously inspected and cleaned every time she has taken them in to be checked. Turn around time has been days and is done in house. i personally know that a majority of other jewelry stores, including major chains, here locally send their repairs and such out to a vendor; i know this because i know the individual personally. Morris has been a staple in Bowling Green for many years. I have and will continue to use Morris for all of my jewelry needs; as I said they are part of our love story, let them be a part of yours.

I cant say enough about how great this store is. I brought my wifes engagement ring, our wedding bands, and a valentines day gift. They truly value each customer and made our wedding day special. The rings are gorgeous and even when there was a small issue in ordering the store went way above and beyond my wildest expectations to make things right! I will never buy jewelry from anywhere else! PS for anyone thinking about buying an engagement ring... I was as nervous as anyone when I went to buy an engagement ring. I walked in to Morris and was greeted and guided through every detail step by step. It was truly a stress free process and when I proposed we even got to snap a few engagement pics in their beautiful store.

I have lived in Bowling Green for a little over 10 years. I am a transplant from St. Louis. Naturally, the big city offered multiple jewelry stores and many exclusive designer jewelry businesses, but I must say, that upon my first experience with Morris Jewelry, the rest were left behind. I became and continue to be so very impressed with the quality of jewelry and prices offered at Morris Jewelry. The staff is extremely helpful and I always feel pampered whether I am there to spend $50 or $2,000. It is because of their superb hands on customer service that I always leave with the perfect piece for myself or as a gift. I will not shop anywhere else for fine jewelry and recommend that you do to!

I had heard that Morris was very high quality and got the same feeling when talking with the owner and employees there. However, when I brought an estate engagement ring in to be sized and cleaned, diamonds checked for tightness and tightened as necessary, I was disappointed. I was told that the work would take about a week. I called and went to the store twice before receiving the ring after two weeks. After I got home and inspected the ring, I discovered that the center stone was loose. After returning the ring to them to complete the work, they did so in two days at no charge. However, the diamond is still a little loose so Ill be forced to go elsewhere to get my jewelry properly serviced.

I own a few pieces of jewelry from Morris Jewelry including my gorgeous engagement ring. Not only does Morris offer quality jewelry at affordable prices, their service cannot be beat. They have resized my rings, repaired a bent prong on my engagement ring, and polished and re-plated my wedding band and engagement ring. Each of these services were done professionally and in a timely fashion. In addition to doing a wonderful job, they are also the friendliest people to work with. It is obvious that they really take pride in their work. I highly recommend Morris Jewelry!

My boyfriend and I are just beginning out engagement ring hunt and we had a wonderful experience. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. She provided me with options based on my taste/responses and didnt make me feel overwhelmed with choices. (I believe her name was Natalie). She understood that we were not ready to purchase and kept things very low-pressure. In addition to this, she suggested great ways to customize my ring so I can get exactly what I want. Lived the entire experience!!!

Morris Jewelry has a great selection of fine jewelry and friendly staff. They even have a jeweler on staff so my jewelry repairs dont need to be sent somewhere else. I find the jewelry stores in the mall have the attitude "buy something or leave", but Morris is different. They take the time to sit down and explain what to look for in a diamond or any other item I may be interested in purchasing. They make their customers feel welcome and like they are with friends.

Not happy at all. Having spent around $3000 on a ring it was then found to be 2 sizes too small. A refund and valuation was promised but after a month and an email to them asking for this to be sorted, no reply, nothing. Their phone system must be as old as their shop as it doesnt seem to work, or maybe they are just avoiding answering for fear of hearing from another unhappy customer.

Took a rolex in to have additional links added. Dropped it off on 8/1 didnt get it back until 8/19. I had to call multiples times as at first no one called me to let me know what was going on with my watch. When I did pick it up, the pin in the bracelet wasnt fully seated into the case. Even with these issues they still charged me full price. I wont be going back again.

I went into Morris Jewelry with a family heirloom diamond ring with a seriously thin band from decades of loving wear. They put a new shank on seamlessly and cleaned it. I cannot describe how happy I am with the results! It absolutely glows and shows no sign of repair. I am a very happy customer!
