I went to Hasting for a simple ring sizing. When i got my ring back, they had also cleaned it without my permission and removed the black coloring. My ring is white and black diamonds. I was shocked to see my ring and told them this wasnt right. They said sorry and they would fix it. They replaced what they call black paint around the diamonds which only half fixed the problem. Since i had been without my wedding ring for already 3 weeks, i took the ring partcially fixed and would come back later. I came back later and they are now refusing to completely fix my ring and called me a liar for saying that they ruined my wedding ring. Guess im taking them to court. I would NEVER recommend this store to any of my friends for their lack of professionalism and courtsey to fix problems they themselves created.

Excellent work. Hastings Jewelry rebuilt my engagement which required extensive repair to the gold and resetting of a large number of stones along with re-sizing and adding an arthritic ring shank. They did a beautiful job and I can still wear my ring without it spinning around my finger. I highly recommend them.
