Went in to look at rings for my fiancé. Not a single one of the three workers said hello or even gave a welcome-in smile. We came in with hopes of spending money and after looking at rings by ourselves for 10 minutes, we chose to walkout and go elsewhere. Not an ounce of customer service from any of their "sales associates".

Left to stand outside in the heat. The employees all stood around starring at the door while talking. No one bothered to open it. They open at 10am. At 10:15 am they still werent open. Not a good way to do business!!
