I went to this location to purchase a ring I saw online. Drove an hour to get there. They didnt have the ring in stock so I purchased it online and had it shipped to their store to be sized, even paid for the extended warranty plan to get this done. The ring was ordered in a peridot color (August birthstone which is lime green). The ring Rebecca gave me (after driving an hour again there) had blue diamonds in it. I asked for a refund which she couldnt adjust some of the taxes which was $12.32. So I asked her to just credit them back when she could get hold of her "back office " when they opened. She later called and stated it was the jewelers fault he didnt cover the diamonds when sizing so they got hot. She ordered a new ring to replace it only to be called and when asking if it was peridot I was told it was darker than peridot. So I told them I wouldnt be driving another hour (3rd time driving there) to pick it up and to make sure the $12.32 was credited back to my card. I called today only to be told the message was given to Rebecca but she wouldnt be in until Friday. So 3 weeks later, no ring and the difference in taxes STILL hasnt been credited. This was my first experience with Helzberg and the LAST! Kays had just what I needed and got it right the first time.

Absolutely unprofessional. Bought an engagement ring for my fiance, planned a party around the promised date I would get it back from resizing, they failed to get it back to me on that date. They did give a discount on her wedding band to make up for the issue, but then called me to tell me the ring was back from resizing, come to find out they sent it off to have it resized for absolutely no reason and am now waiting 2 more days for their in house jeweler to resize it. DESTROYED my fiance because she was extremely excited to be getting it just to find out she still cant have it now. Thanks Rebecca! (Supervisor)

Saw the reviews on Google and thought "this cant be that bad, Im only going to pick up a ring I ordered online" and boy was I wrong. I got the ring I ordered no problem, but requested that it be resized along with the engagement ring I already had. Come back a week later and the wedding band had a missing stone and the rings were the incorrect size. They will be fixing them both and mailing them to me now. Drove an hour to this store to pick up 2 rings and left with none. Very unhappy and will not be back.

This place is incredibly pushy. My brother-in-law went there looking for an engagement ring and they were ridiculously pushy and rude about putting money down and purchasing a ring. My brother-in-law made it clear he was just beginning his search for the ring.
