My family has been a customer of Krautheims for decades. We wouldnt go anywhere else. We are always treated very well, have purchased high quality jewelry and have been very satisfied. Julie is amazing with her creations as well as looking through countless setting to find just the right one for a single stone. They are the BEST!

Also, if you have an old out-dated piece of jewerly that is sitting at the bottom of your jewelry box because it still has sentimental value, these guys can give you some ideas about how to update it, re-craft it into a lovely piece of jewerly that you can wear again.

The service I received at GemWorks has been the slowest I have ever encountered. What I was told would take two weeks has taken more than two months. I am very dissapointed with the customer service as well I do not think I will be back as a customer!
