The staff and co-owner, Pete, were so warm and friendly! They took care of my husbands watch while I waited then identified a problem with the setting of my great-grandmothers wedding ring that could have caused the stone to fall out...saved me the heartache of losing an irreplaceable family heirloom. I will be going back to Kirles for all our jewelry needs.

We live in the Seattle area and they have been so helpful throughout the past 6 yrs my husband and I have been married and it started w/ my engagement ring. They help us find specific items and email pics to us and ship to us. Thanks Kirles!

If you want to be treated badly by snooty staff, by all means go to Kirles. They do have a nice selection, but Id rather spend my money in a store where Im made to feel welcome, not like poor relations.
