Worst customer service I have received ever for a jewelry store. My husband was sized incorrectly, and they told me it would take between 4-8 weeks for the original ring to come in. Ordered in November and no one ever called me and when I called they had no idea where it was. Ended up getting the ring several months after I was told I would have it, and on the wedding day...it didnt fit. Took it back because I had purchased the "lifetime warranty" and apparently its only good for one re-size. Had it resized, no one called to tell me it was in the store ready to be picked up AGAIN, and then, when I went to pick it up they told me I owed money for a warranty and for special order. I did not want to purchase the warranty again because I never plan on going back there. Neither associate in the store could figure out what to do so they told me I had to come back in an hour and half when the manager got there. The charge that was on the receipt was for a "special order" and was never explained to me at the time of the return, nor when I picked up the ring. Ended up taking all of the charges off, but I would STRONGLY recommend buying your jewelry anywhere else but here.

Buyers beware, this place is a scam. Bought a ring there and never received it. Called and stopped into the store more than 5 times and each time they didnt know where it was, said they would call back, and never called back. Originally was supposed to take 2 weeks and its been 4 months now and they keep passing the blame.

I called in with a question (so that meant I didnt know) of a sale price in the store vs online. She was incredibly rude! If this wasnt a gift for my mom that I know she will love, I would take it back. I have never experienced this before, but I will definitely not purchase from the lady I spoke with!

Horrible Service-Sales promotions were not honored at the time of purchase and I didnt find out until I called customer service to check the balance on my account.
