Dont shop here or if you do, inspect EVERY SINGLE piece of product that you buy. I have been trying to get through this and not complain, but I bought 1200 sq. ft. of "MOSAIC" prefinished hardwood from your Spartanburg store and Ive used whats usable and am pissed and disappointed. The sales guy didnt tell me that it was already cut and used and all defective. I am a single mom on a budget doing all this hardwood myself and I dont even have enough to do the less than 800 sq ft that I have to do. The trash pile has just started. Ill include a couple pictures. I just need flooring to do my kids bedrooms. Ive gone through the trash and picked out enough to do two rooms so far but Im down to slim pickings. The rooms are 12by12. Ill return this crap and trade for decent wood or have a huge expensive fire and call it an expensive lesson learned. I went to Pops Discount on a budget and instead of having an honest transaction, I was mislead and sold a pallet and a half of trash. The guy wanted me to come stack it myself and I guess I got every crap piece for him having to do it. Im really upset about this. If I had known that it was someone elses trash I wouldnt have bought it. Good deals are never worth it. You are not running an honest business from my perspective. If its crap sell it as crap. Not as usable hardwood. I emailed several times to see if we could work something out but no reply. Feel free to zoom in on the pictures.

This place is a hidden gem. Bypass the Big Box stores and check this place out FIRST! The quality of their unfinished cabinets cant be beat. They even carry solid wood cabinet doors if you are refacing your existing cabinets or building your own frames. They have a great selection of solid wood entry doors and they have windows of every description. There is absolutely too much merchandise here to list it all and the prices are the lowest in the area. You need to go in and check it out for yourself. Its a DIY paradise.

disregard any positive review this place and its employes are terrible dont even talk to the mexican one. no concept of customer service there prices on seconds and culls are same or higher than lowes we tried buying some flooring they did not even call us back then wanted to charge retail for seconds be careful you get no protection or customer service with them but to sue them at one time owner use to could be found on property but not now check web and bbb dont buy !
