Do not utilize this store for any sort of installation services. We had front and back doors installed and they did a horrible job. While the doors themselves were really nice the installer was terrible. First of all they were about 3 hours late, they didnt bring all the required supplies, and the even forgot to bring the second door with them. Lets not mention they only sent one installer. This caused them to have to come back a second day instead of completing the install the day they were supposed to. The back door doesnt even latch right now, we have to set the dead bolt to keep it closed. The caulking around the doors have major gaps in it and we are missing several screws on our dead bolt face plates. They didnt paint any of the trim on either door and they literally put an unfinished 1x8 over the top of the both doors, inside and out to finish out the door frame build out. Worst experience ever with a Home Depot.

Good selection of products, fantastic customer service, but a bad reputation for card fraud. Ive been to this Home Depot several times, and every time has been met with very competent and helpful employees, pointing me directly where I need to be. They have plenty of products across a wide variety of brands, and I always find exactly what I need. My only complaint is that I frequently hear of card fraud resulting from purchases at HD. Maybe its only a problem at this specific location, maybe its something that has been remedied in recent months, but I still dont feel comfortable risking my card information here. If you go, pay in cash. Otherwise, Id say this store is pretty top notch.

Nobody would help me. I ask one person then they say ask this person. Finally I go to check out and the price is 10 dollars more than the Eastside store that I just left. So I pull the picture up on my phone showing the black lady cashier that its the same table and she tells me to walk to customer service she couldnt do anything. Then another worker walked up and looked at my pic and told her just price match it like always. She apparently racist or why would she give me such a hard time. This was at the Dorman center walmart. I will be going to Lowes from now on and I would suggest everyone else too also. They are so friendly and cheaper so why even go to Home Depot!!!!

My hot water heater broke and spilled over 50 gallons of water all over my wood floors. They were a mess. I needed to get a plumber to put in a hot water heater and remove the old one and it was very late at night. I went to the Home Depot. The assistant manager Dave Simpson helped me, not only did he find me a hot water heater the right size but he managed to call head to be sure that they would hold it for me.(it was at a different store). It was after 10:30 PM at night when we finally got the hot water heater to the house and got it installed.I dont know what I would have done without his help. Dave you save me big-time. Thank you.

Picked up my Penske rental here on a sat morning. Took a while to get out the door but they ended up giving me a discount because of the inconvenience. Staff isnt necessarily the most efficient, but theyre generally nice if youre nice and patient to begin with.

Single mom trying to get new front door. Got there and paid $35 for measurement. No one came on scheduled day to measure. Rescheduled, been a month no one still has come out. Just getting my money back. Not impressed.

Friendly, competent staff, but we had to hunt them down to help us. If you use their app, its helpful to find products in the store when employees are not around. Their prices always beat the competitors nearby.
