The people that work at this store are so knowledgeable and accommodating. I saw a patio umbrella in their National Flyer and the store did not have it. The manager automatically told me she would order it for me and it would be in on their truck on Wednesday and she would call me when it came in. True to her word i received a phone call Wednesday that the umbrella was in. Thank you for always being so accommodating to your customer and always trying to meet your customers needs

Ive been in the area less than a year. By far this has been the best experience for small home projects. So far Ive dealt with Richard & Scott. They literally took their time and had all the patience in the world. Someone like me who doesnt know much about hand labor and projects really appreciate when they go the extra mile. They made me feel like family, and that means alaot. Keep it up guys! You got a customer for good.

I grew up with an Ace Hardware in my hometown, so this particular Ace on Dillard in Winter Garden feels familiar. Its a relatively small store, but they have ample products. Great thing about Ace Hardware stores is knowledgeable and helpful staff. Specifically, Ive found them very helpful with their Stihl products. Even post-sale theyve helped me at not charge with basic maintenance questions.

When you come to this Ace store, ask for Ion. This man is wonderful at finding what you need. I had an E bike project going on, and not only did he find what I needed, he even had a better way of doing it, with his vast knowledge of hardware. I hope the managers at that store appreciates having you their. I know I do. Thanks.

There is always some one to help with your questions. They will even advise you how to complete projects and supply you with the necessary tools or items. You may pay a little more for products, but it is well worth it. Thanks Ace--keep up the great customer service.

All staff members are courteous, professional and know where things are. Ace Hardware is much better than Home Depot or Lowes, where it can take 15 to 20 minutes to find a staff member to help you, and then you find out they dont know where anything is.
