I went and looked for a tool and I asked for help the people didnt know what I was talking about I showed them the picture they still dont know another guy comes in and say oh yes we dont carry that we havent had it for years its been like 4 years that we dont have that I show them on the app and it said that they have one there and the person who helped me said that dont know what is that and she not even tried to go look for it I found it and I bring it to them and I did not buy it because the bad customer service I understand that sometimes you dont know everything but there is like 6 more people working you can ask for help dont pretend to be the smartest one and assume that you dont carry the stuff

Zero experience. I walked out without buying one item. I picked out bolts, nuts and washers for a small repair job. I get to the counter and the manager tells me I must go back and get the pricing on the items. I say, why this is 2017 there are computers to do that, right ?. So the lady manager reluctantly says she will get the pricing. She comes back with pricing for stainless bolts, nuts which is much higher and then accuses me of trying to rip off Ace Hardware ---------- totally unbelievable experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and most importantly DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY doing business with these totally unprofessional employees. This is real --- email me for verification.

Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially the store manager! They always know how to help me with the projects Im working on and they always have what I need at affordable prices!! Ive sent all my friends here. Much more community oriented and personable than Lowes and Home Depot. Make this your first stop when doing just about anything for your home and then some!

Im very happy with this place. Im a medical technician and work with a lot of odd sized fittings and parts and tubing, which I can almost always find here. The staff doesnt bother me when I come in, but they always make sure to help me if I ask for it. I use Ace way more than I do Lowes or Home Depot. Thanks for the good service and selection.

Ace hardware is such a great place, it has great customer service and really nice people. If someone were to ask me my favorite people I wouldnt be able to answer because all the employees are great, the managers, floor associates and even the cashiers they know where to send you and its quick and easy.Thank you Ace hardware .
