They have a sale going on. Well they are out of some of the sale items. Oh but we do rainnchecks, if you will go ahead and pay for the items on the list. We will pull them when the truck comes and you are guaranteed the items We will call you and let you know when that happens. Good idea NAW we were going by the store about 2pm Sat.and decided to stop in to check if the truck had came in. Yes sir, the truck had came that morning. Everything was on the truck that you had prepaid for except one item. Great I thought, paid for eight different items on the rain check in advance. We got two items that were on the list. Had to get a refund. A hassle within itself. Wife steaming mad cause we didnt get what we had prepaid for. Guaranteed to get. What the heck is going on here. I will guarantee one thing it will not happen again from us. If Lowes does not have it we do without before going back to Ace is place. It not either believe me.

Personally I dont like being overwhelmed by many sales associates. Stopped in for propane and a couple of things. Five employees asked to assist me, 3 at the same time! I ended up forgetting a couple of things while answering all the same questions to multiple people.
