Purchased a toy to the tune of $100 plus tax on 7.20.16 around 5PM from a girl that had no issues taking my money. Toy was damaged in the packaging, so I returned to the store to exchange it. The same girl that sold it to me told me that I would have to go through the manufacturer to have it replaced or fixed, and that their policy was no returns or exchanges on toys for hygiene reasons. She made zero effort to resolve the situation and did not care that I had received defective product. The store should have returned the item to the manufacturer for exchange, and replaced my product. Instead, Im out 100 dollars, have no product to show for it, and must spend MY time and effort rectify the situation with the manufacturer. They do not stand behind the products they sell, and you should not purchase anything from them. You can buy the same merchandise cheaper on the web, and get the same poor, non-personal, customer service.
