Customer service is definitely not a strong suite of Ro-mac. At this point I contacted them a month ago for a estimate for new windows and doors for my home. I still havent actually received that. After two weeks of waiting I visited their office in person, to ask about the estimate. They said someone had already been to the home and measured everything. I was shocked as no one spoke with me about what I wanted. Then the office staff printed the estimate for windows only, and windows I didnt want. Which was easily corrected. Turn I told them I wanted a new exterior doors I went to select them sales person following. I selcted the door I wanted as well trim, the sales lady took down everything perfect.I wish I could remember her name as she was the only pleasant part of the experience. I went over to garage doors and with the most unpleasant women I have ever encountered. I told I was selecting a garage door, she do you know what want. I said not exactly but I can pick quickly. She said well your not supposed to here if you dont know what you want. Even after I still went forward selected a door I actually wanted. I gave her the information and said thats the door. She look me straight in the face and do you know how expensive that is? I really didnt care that was the door I wanted. She literally repeated herself that door is very expensive. At this point I just walked out. I went back to windows and gave the garage door information. Two weeks later still no estimate. At this Ill simply hire another company...... I cant justify wanting on a company that even get a bid together. If it is starting out this poorly I cant imagine it getting better. My advice call a another professional or limit your involvement with them to small projects....they seem to do ok with those. If you actually mind leading them by the hand or constantly calling them you may be ok. Also keep in they will speak to however they see fit......for me personally that was a problem.

Probably the worst Lumber company Ive ever worked with. Incompetency is rampart in the Co. They supplied $10,000 worth of Windows & doors for my addition; they couldnt install them correctly, shipped outside doors for inside openings, had doors opening the wrong way, couldnt install the outside door casings correctly, didnt know how to use the tapered casing shims, broke a large picture window during installation, had to reorder a pair of Trapezoid windows 3 times before they fit. Caused a 3 month delay in the completion of the addition. The Trusses they built for the addition were incorrect and had to be cut to fit and many of the angled truss pieces had the wrong angle cut forcing the framers to fix on site. The quality of the wood they sell is low and more expensive than other sources according to the framers that built my addition. When I went to order some replacement windows for the rest of the house, several quotes came in but the window sizes were different in the quotes for the same windows? They wanted me to sign a release that would relieve them of any damage they might cause during the replacement window installation. I responded with document that would hold them accountable for any damage they did and mistakes they made in ordering the Windows; they wouldnt sign it!

Not happy at all. Used the "door shop" to take advantage of their experience and that was a mistake. The door was not prepared according to the hardware manufacturers drawings and didnt fix the opening that I gave them. Their prices were higher than similar doors and I could of gotten the hardware online for about half of what I paid them. Before it was installed I had to modify the height and width plus reinforce the top sile to make the door work. I fully expect to have to replace the door in the near future with one suitable for this application. If your buying parts, pieces, or just material they may be adequate but dont expect good craftsmanship or quality work.

Not like the big box stores. These guys will help you build a house from the ground up. They can offer advice and help on remodeling or replacing things around your home like doors, windows, roof, etc. They have a lot of knowledge here and wont kick you to the curb after getting a sale.
