Kudos to you Saintina. You must be one of the luck ones. I agree with previous review. They do act a bit racist. Management should set a better example. I went shopping with a friend and she is African American, and the Manager/Sales team approached me several times to ask if I needed assistance but not her and we were shopping in same dept. As matter of fact, she had to go and search for assistance and the store was not busy. When she complained to Store Manager, (blonde woman, and I think her name is Donna), she just stated its bc they are short staffed. Clearly that was untrue. The store was not busy at all. It is really hard to imagine that kind of ignorance still exists in S FL. And I just realized that they didnt have very many people of color working there at all. That should have raised eyebrows. I just moved here from New York and I dont think Ill shop that location on S Cleveland again.

This morning I called to see if they had the Paris Vanity Mirror in store. The woman I spoke with was named Evelyn and she is a manager there. She was so helpful and polite! She told me they dont carry it instore but that if I wanted to order it through her over the phone she would be able to waive the shipping costs and give me a discount! The whole process took like 5 minutes and it was so simple and easy! Im VERY happy! Now Im just hoping it doesnt come broken! Lol

I give 5 stars to all of the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Only one "manager" i think.... Was very rude to this young man that was our cashier. He was extremely polite and excused her behavoir by saying "she gets stressed" :-) overall a great shopping experience. Bed bath and beyond has been my favorite store for many years:-)

I had to ask 3 different people where to pick my on line order. The Customer service desk cashier asked FIVE different times for backup cashier and the first 4 times, the answer was Im busy . The lack of unity has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I will be goinf to another BB & B

I give this store a zero rating. They dont even deserve a 1. They have the most RACIST S taff/Managers. Especially the Store Manager, DONNA. Stay away if you are not a WHITE or HISPANIC customer. My worst Customer Service experience EVER!!

Always have what I need, but I hate how tight the aisles are. Its difficult to fit a cart through some sections.
