Their website states they offer excellent products and quality service. I wish that was true. We purchased a door from them and were not told until we were ready to pay that there was a $45 charge for cutting the door to fit our manufactured home. We were assured that the job would be done right. When I tried to install the door it was not square; the frame was 3/16 in. off in one direction and the door was 3/16 inch off in another direction. I called to speak to the owner and he didnt have the courtesy to come to the phone or return my numerous calls. I went to the Auburndale store and was told the only thing they would do was recut the door and frame, which not only would make the door shorter but the frame would not fit in the opening prepared for the door size ordered. Not an acceptable solution for a $400 door. I am very disappointed this company does not stand behind the bold statement on its website or behind the work of its employees. Buyers beware!

Unlike the other review that has been posted, I was very pleased with the service I received. Being that I am a DIY type of person this business really filled the bill. I called several business shopping prices, and Broke & Poor, was by far less expensive for the exact item than any other establishments. I went in with my trusty list of items, knowing what it would cost I was ready to do business...BUT, I meet Charles (you know the type, the straight shoot, the one who will spend a few minutes to make sure that your really need everything that youre going to buy). To make a long story short, I had forgotten a major item, the cost of this stupid thing was under $5.00, and with him just taking a few minutes to go over my plans, this man saved me several hours of drive time, gas and the embarrassment of a unfinished project. Thank you...I will be a return customer.

I went because I need a front door for my home. Embarrassed that I cant remember his name but he was SO helpful! He answered tons of questions I had (about other stuff also) and took his time to show me exactly what I need it. I ordered my door bc they didnt have it and they will cut it to the size I need! I will buy everything I need for my home here! Good prices and they are really nice! He even gave me a lil piece of metal I needed for the gutter! Really nice of him! I recommend it!! Two thumbs up!!

Stopped there yesterday and they did not have the one size window I wanted. That isnt why I am giving a one start review though. When I asked about the window the gentleman was quite rude and muttered something else that was even ruder as he walked away. Im in the process or remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen and had already picked out a few sinks and some new windows I liked and was going to look through the kitchen cabinets next but I will take my business to someone that can appreciate it.
