Its a smaller small town operation. Customer service was great. Good quality hardware and lumber. Process are a bit more but nobody runs from you like Lowes associates. I would also recommend the small engine repair suite they have around the corner. Thx

I go to Baums all the time. The people are friendly and very helpful. I dont buy my Lumber at Lowes. I buy all of mine at Baums. I get a better price.

Baum Lumber offers a great variety of quality products, however the representatives at the Chester locations are not very friendly or helpful.
